Towels were dirty just like the room. The staff was friendly and the restaurant is good. But this property is no more than a 2/3 star hotel.

Yes the room was spotless and the staff was Kind especially Mr.Williams. It was an easy check in and check out process.

The only thing was missing was the iron and ironing board.

The staff are very helpful. We need to change money and also find a pharmacy on a Sunday, and they were able to drive us to a place for both these purposes. The food is very good, and the pastries are amazing. Thank you, Boulevard Palace.

Everything was good

The stay was near beautiful. I just have a problem with the fact there isn't enough towels and the lack of face/wash towels. It's must be an African thing because most of them don't. Well maybe your hotel can start thinking out of the box and create an impression on your American guest. Try it you might just improve your business revenue.

the manager is very nice. he tries his best to make guests comfortable as much as possible a little efort on reducing the electricity consumption (cooling and lighting) would allow reduce the carbon impact

The hotel is top notch. Rooftop is also very well put together. My experience was great. I would recommend.

The rooms smells like mold when the AC was low. I had to keep the room cold to mask the smell.

Great staffs

I checked in to Boulevard Palace on the 31st of December 2024, within a day after the hotel had just lost one of their senior executives. During my check-in, law enforcement was on-grounds conducting the investigation for a suspected "suicide." Despite the bereavement, the staff were very professional. Wokie at the front desk always greeted guests with a smile. I was a little concerned of a day shift manager delay to immediately inform me after completing my request; however, he later told me it was his plan to inform me, but I was on the phone with a family member and he never wanted to interrupt me. My housekeeper ("Albertha", if I can recall), ensured that my room was cleaned, refreshing and regularly stocked with towels. The meals were very delicious and the staff in the dining area were also very friendly. Security were all very vigilant and always willing to assist with directions when needed. It was amazing to experience that extra precaution is taken at night to keep guests and the property safer. For security reason, I will not disclose how. The room came with breakfast with up to five choices. While the cost for a night and a meal could be a little pricey for some people; however, the location and the high quality of service make the hotel very reasonable. The place is very nice! I wont mind rebooking!

Staff and service personnel are very helpful!

There is no available outlets to charge your laptop or phone, you have to unplug a lamp or other devices to charge your devices. The desk is too low which makes it hard to work and there are only 3 channels that are not even clear. The food is good but pricy. for example, a small juice is $7. The staff are nice but don't seem well trained in customer service. For example (you have to call to get your laundry back, you have to ask twice for your order or check). The bathroom didn't have towels, so I had to call to get the towels. The bathtub has cracks, so it leaks water to the floor. The bed is comfortable and the AC works well.

The first night of my arrival there was a roach in my room. The fixtures in the bathroom were old and not working properly! The street view rooms were so very noisy, unable to sleep. After a complaint, I did a room change, but it was in the front of the hotel, which faced numerous other businesses. Very noisy, late night and early morning. Food in the only restaurant in hotel was overly priced and not very good quality food. Staff untrained in hotel service!

There was nothing unique about the property. It seems that they have done no upgrades or anything since they opened in 2011 or so the property the room rugs are dirty and ripped in spots. The Internet is the best thing about the place. I went there because I had to work. I need to stay an extra day and the price went up by $50 so to say I checked out and came to another hotel. I believe I left behind a very important item but I won’t go back for it. I have 26 more days in this country , I stay there several times when I have to come into town. I was going to bring the rest of my team and stay, but because the way the manager spoke to me and because of the way, they upped the price my that $50 instead of letting me remain at the price that I had , I won’t take my team. We will go somewhere else.

Great location in town, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and great food options. The only downsides that the phone is not working so I had to go the restaurant to order room service. I called maintenance but they could not fix it. The other issue is the TV with only 4 channels and poor resolution.
