The air conditioning system for the entire building was non-functional. This was not an issue during our stay as the weather was quite cool. We were told this is a temporary problem. The gym consists of just a treadmill and elliptical Walker and a set of dumbbells. It is more like a home workout room than like a gym. The underground parking is nice and convenient. But a very tight squeeze for an SUV. If the hotel was full of guests and the garage full of cars would be difficult to maneuver in the underground parking garage. When we were there there were only a few guests so the garage was passable.

I booked a 5 star hotel expecting the service that a 5 star hotel would offer. There was no AC, coffeemaker, iron, no fridge bar. The Bath towels they offered was of the worst quality I ever seen in a hotel, too rough and thin . The matress was very uncomfortable and the covers too small. Even though it was a new construction the decoration and design lacked good taste and style. The hair dryer they offered had only one temperature option and you had to continue to press the button to work and it was very weak. They offered an spa amenities with sauna and hot tub but you had to pay s Extra 30 euros . It was very disappointing.

Great stay. The rooms were nice and good service. The Spa was nice as well to rent for a group. Breakfast was nice. Only downside no AC in the rooms

Brilliant stay at the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious and the room was nice and large. Walkable to beach and centre. Very pleased with our choice. The spa and massage while extra was excellent!

Great hotel. Nice and clean, quiet but likely because it was middle of the week in September. No air conditioning but that was ok for us as it was 65F/18C and we were able to keep windows open for fresh air. Staff was friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant was great.

but unfortunately the staff cannot solve the problems with damaged devices in the room, which makes the stay less comfortable.

The hotel had no air condition and actualy no ventilation at all on the room. On Hotels.com it stated air condition but this is faulty and should be removed. We had to sleep with open windows due to the heat in July. No minibar on the room which you expect in a five star hotel. It was some resistance to order drinks to the SPA.

we stayed in the room with a sauna. it gets a bit hot with sauna turned on (middle of august hot anyways). but worth the privacy and experience. downstairs bedroom was cooler. hotel is nice and clean, staff was helpful and not in your way. definitely recommend. for sure 5 stars.
