trevligt, bra beläget hotell i lugnt område. sköna sängar, stort och rymligt rum. stort minus för dålig städning, smutsiga lakan vid incheckning samt städet tog ej med sig smutsiga glas/koppar så det stor flera dagar och vi behövde säga till i receptionen. Smutsiga skoavtryck lämnades i badrummet efter att städet varit inne. Trist.

Tosi mukava henkilöstö ja aamupala todella hyvä.

Ottimo hotel a due passi dal centro, che comunque non merita le 4 stelle.Reception lenta e poco gentile, e camera assolutamente non soddisfacente: si trattava di una camera singola riadattata a doppia, con un unico comodino con lampada.Ottima la colazione con servizio efficiente.

The place has redeeming features but the overall impression is one of a tired hotel that desperately needs a refurb. I will start with the best points. The location is fantastic and, without doubt, the best thing about it. The staff are very friendly, the cleaning staff do a good job and the beds are comfortable enough. I can't comment on the pool or spa because I didn't use them. Everything else required improvement. The breakfast consisted of a large buffet with the usual options. It was all edible but not great quality and the coffee was mediocre at best and out of a machine. The first room we were offered reeked of old, stale carpet to such an extent that we asked to change rooms. We were then shown four more, which all smelled the same to a greater or lesser extent. We settled on the least offensive for one night, with a promise that we would be given a better room for the remainder of the stay. The room that we were then given was exactly the same, leading me to believe that every room in this hotel smells of dirty carpet. The new room also had an extra peculiarity, in that the plug socket by the bed would only work if one of the other lights was on, meaning that I couldn't charge my phone by the bed. That seemed pretty basic. The restaurant and bar at the front entrance of the hotel were permanently empty, which spoke for itself. All in all, the hotel was bearable but not 4-star by any stretch of the imagination and we won't stay here again.

Centrally located, clean and comfortable.

Good location and very friendly staff. Hotel rooms are a little bit dated, but you get what you pay for. The only issue is that streets around the hotel can get noisy due to the partygoers.

Ruime kamer. Schoon. Ruime badkamer. Netjes. Mooie ligging in hart van de stad met veel restaurants en winkels. Vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

老人に優しい！

Allee in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel. Große Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Der Pool ist ein tolles Extra. Problematisch ist nur das Parken, das mit 50€ pro Nacht wirklich zu teuer ist. Ich habe mein Auto auf einem bewachten Parkplatz 1,7km entfernt geparkt für 9€ pro Nacht.

This is a nice, clean, comfortable, safe hotel adjacent to Vilnius’ Old Town. It’s very convenient to walk from here to area attractions. There are two negatives, however. The layout of this hotel with multiple levels, elevators and access points is confusing for first time guests and not really accessible for those with physical limitations. To get to the elevator to our room we had to walk through the lobby and up stairs, walk through the housekeeping work area and then through the parking garage. Also, the web site said parking in the hotel garage was €30, which I thought was high, but was prepared to pay, however they wanted €50 for “the last spot!” That was VERY disappointing. Just park in a nearby lot and save the difference.

Receptionist very unprofessional and unfriendly - ruined the entire experience.

O hotel é bom, cama boa e chuveiro maravilhoso. Nosso check in foi rápido e tranquilo! O hotel é bem localizado e de nosso quarto era absurdamente grande!
