我的房間整體潔淨不錯，但浴室去水很慢 每次要等一兩分鐘排水才能繼續沐浴，接待處職員很友善，出門就是步行街，早餐豐富美味，酒店泊車第一天收費5歐元，之後免費但車位有限可能泊不進酒店。

hotel is old,location is good,in old town,reception is warm hearted.

工作人員服務態度佳，在各方面均能提供協助，如致電查詢一些景點是否開放，待管行李等。位置適中，附近有很多商店及餐廳，且入古城只需幾分鐘之路程。房間清潔及設施到位，但嫌浴簾太短，以致淋浴後水濕透全浴室地面，應改善。早餐豐富，多選擇。

Amazing hotel and service. Great location - we loved walking at night with all the Christmas lights and festivities around. Breakfast had a good range of options - it’s a self service but we liked that. Would recommend for a festive break.

Very central and lovely breakfast. Room itself quite standard and not many toiletries but the bed was very nice.

The breakfast had everything needed and was tasty.breakfast room was clean and nice. Our room (suite) had a nice wiev and had good space.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The girls at the reception spoke excellent English. You can use the steam room and small pool ,just ask reception about 40mins beforehand to heat the room .

Slap bang in centre

Very central hotel. Nice bars and restaurants just outside the door. The room were clean and the breakfast wonderful. The hotel helps us with order taxi and it took only about 25 minutes from the AirPort to the hotel.

Nice room, 5 euro parking much appreciated

My hotel room was facing the main street and it got to be very noisy during the night. I found out that there are rooms that do not face the main street and are quieter.

This is a very nice, modern hotel right on the edge of the Kaunas pedestrian area. It was great to have parking in a courtyard next to the hotel although I understand there may not always be spaces available.

Adequately nice hotel in a great location. Breakfast was okay, but not over the top. Although self-serve, the staff in the breakfast room were very attentive. The ambience of the ground floor restaurant, although (apparently) recently renovated, was 'breakfast' bright lit possessing a rather unimaginative feel; not really inviting for a 'nicer' dinner occasion. Reception was both efficient and pleasant. The website could do a better job in explaining how to access the parking facility around the corner, i.e. provide that street name to plug into your navigation as the frontage street is pedestrians only.
