Convenient location -- in between the old town & new town, where many sightseeing points are in walking distance. There's also a small supermarket downstairs which closed @2300.
Nice & patient staff -- the girl at the reception desk was so patient to answer our enquiries & fulfill our requests.
Simple but bright & clean environment -- we stayed in a bright triple room with 3 single beds but can still find enough space to open our 3 big suitcases without difficulties. The toilet was also clean. After having shower, you won't have the feeling of "hot & humid" during dressing up.
Breakfast -- The extra payment of Eur3.5 for breakfast was worth. The dining area was quiet with the view of the main street.
Overall speakig, it's one of our most satisfied hotels we had stayed during our 2-week Baltic trip!

The location is good. It just takes you 5 mins walking to the restaurants nearby and it is also easy to take a bus to the Kaunas bus station. Though the street nearby is a little bit messy as it is under construction.
The room is clean. It is fair enough to add 3.5 eur for a simple breakfast.

The hotel was so perfect! I give super high marks for having the most quiet/insulated windows!!! I was overlooking the busy pedestrian zone and when the windows were closed I never heard a thing. The room also had a mini split AC that was nice in maintaining the temperature in the middle of the night. The bed was perfect. I was very happy there. There were 2 bus stops about a block away so ir was easy to get around.

Centrally located hotel close to the main sights, shops, restaurants and bars. Also close to a bus stop on the route from the airport. No issues with noise. Clean rooms. Very good Wi-Fi. Helpful and polite staff. Decent breakfast but the coffee isn't great.

This was in the heart of old town Janis. There were tons of restaurant and bar options in walking distance. It felt safe comfortable. The room was clean, well equipped and great for our family of three.

This hotel is in the perfect location right in the center of the city on the main pedestrian street, lots of locations within walking distance to visit, lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. ten minute walk from the Arena and large shopping centre. 10 minutes walk from the old town and river walks and parks. Location wise it is perfect. The hotel itself is clean and tidy with very pleasant staff, Room nice and clean and everything you need in it.The only downside to this hotel is they only have a breakfast room so if you have an hour or so free before heading out you have to stay in your room as there is no bar or lobby to relax in but apart from that I would stay in this hotel again.
