Excellent customer service from the moment I arrived, throughout my stay, until the very moment I checked out. Thank you to all the staff there for their graciousness and kindness! Room was spacious, bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Location is awesome - right off the river - and easily walkable to Old Town Vilnius, where I had the best foods and drinks of my life.

這是第二次來這邊，一切還是跟上次一樣舒適，只是最近飯店內部外部在裝修，車子不容易進來，不太方便，但相信裝修期過後，一切會恢復原本的便利！

It was really excellent location for stay and the staff are very friendly and when we ask for something , we got the service done very quick . I will highly recommend this hotel.
Only missing was big type swimming pool but jacuzzi was also good

The BEST Hotel to stay in Lithuania. PERFECT service received from check in to check out. The reception staff are friendly, helpful and very welcoming. They make you feel at home straight away. The hotel is super modern and contemporary, stylish and beautifully decorated throughout
