Everything was great, just like always at this hotel: staff, attention, amenities...

Our stay was great. Enjoyed the spa space and comfortable rooms. The only feedback for improvement is booking of the spa procedures. Would be helpful to have an online booking system for the procedures.

Visiting Birstonas from USA and family recommended Vytautas SPA. Very happy with our stay. Clean, great atmosphere, relaxing and would love to come back again during summer vacation.

All good. Would have given 5stars if there was a kettle in the room and the lighting was better (it felt dark in the room).

Cant complain, we are coming every year and will come more for more stay. Amazing hotel, SPA, facilities.

Wonderful place in a convenient location. My only wish is that they had things like bocce ball, cornhole, badminton, and similar. Also, at the price point, it would be nice if all of these (and basketball rental) were included. Love the place otherwise!

Rommet hadde ikke engang et lite skap å legge igjen klær i, bare 2 eller 3 små rom. Det var vanskelig å finne bord til frokost, og det tomme var ikke rent. Det trengs flere folk som rengjør bordene i frokosttiden.

Comfortable quite relax good service for SPA and walk around woods

We came for a weekend getaway. Parking was busy and we were fortunate to find a last spot. We decided to try the largest room that wasn’t a suite and we loved it! It was located on the 3rd floor about ~10m from the lift tucked independently in a corner of the large lobby. It was beautifully furnished in (I think) mid-century modern, tan smooth wood with dark and gold accents, and towering floor to ceiling heavy black-out velvet curtains. There was plenty of well-built, integrated storage in the angular room we found comfortable to navigate. Bath was spacious with a tub and all was clean. We forgot toothpaste, which front desk provided (a small one packed with a toothbrush) kindly. The room was well-soundproofed and we were pleased. Visitors typically come for the spa, and we were no exception. I’ve heard Lithuanians gripe that it can get too busy in the spa area, but it wasn’t an issue for us. I only wish the pool was a little wider. There are enough spots to engage us without queueing and we spent about 3 hours in total without lounging on the many chairs, and instead rotated amongst the pool, jacuzzi, hydrotherapy jets, saunas, steam room and reflexology path. It was lovely and we felt amazing and reenergised after. The restaurant is a diner by day and quite romantic at night. Food isn’t as expensive as Ergo Spa’s and I thought it was more satisfying. We were fortunate to catch a wonderful live sax performance in the restaurant too. Overall, all was above expectations ❤️

Great location, easy walking distance from the centre of Birstonas. The entire hotel was clean and modernly designed. The staff were very professional and friendly. Added bonus of sunbeds and access to the lake straight from the pool area. Overall a great stay and a lovely breakfast!

The hotel was very clean, and the spa facilities were very good, with the Saunas at the correct temperature. Plenty of clean towels were available along with a robe and slippers in your room. Staff were friendly and polite, and professional. We had both an evening meal and breakfast, both were very good. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything else was good but curtains in room…

The hotel is lovely - quiet area, pool area has lots of options (different saunas etc) and lots of treatment options in the spa. All treatment therapist were amazing - really feels like they have good knowledge and training. I did hair spa trametment too, while therapist was lovely I don't really feel the effect so not sure I'd recommend given the price. |The biggest disadvantage with this hotel is that there are a lot of kids so it's difficult to really relax in the pool area and likewise during meal times.

Overall, the hotel is quite nice. The amenities -including pools and saunas- are quite good and the prices for the spa treatments are quite reasonable. The hotel was also very clean overall. The included breakfast is outstanding. Parking seemed to be adequate. Be aware that, despite reserving a two bed room, we were placed into a single bed room and had to do some deconstruction to separate the queen into two twins.
