The front desk staff was very friendly. This hotel is close to the sites to see in Luxembourg.

This is a very small room but had everything I needed as a solo traveler.

This hotel was a hidden gem. The staff was amazing. The location made it easy to get around the city, and to and from the train station. Highly recommend.

Staff at the hotel are exceptionally nice. The hotel itself has only lounge which is ok. I like some of the small details like cucumber & lemon water. The room was just ok. No fridge or safe. The room also odd smell. It needs to be refreshed!

Great stay, room was really nice with a good shower room, and in a great location near the train and tram stations. We paid for breakfast included and it was well worth it, food was good with loads of choice.

Hotel was about a 20 min walk from the old city and was easy to get to from the airport (free bus!). Our room itself was small but was fine for our overnight stay.

Perfect for a short trip. Centralized and located close to public transportation hub. Room was clean, amenities were fine and the staff were excellent and very helpful with any request.

Lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing and enough choice for a few days. The room was rather small but as expected and very clean with all amenities required.

Literally down the road from the train station and bus to the airport so its easy to get to. My room was behind reception so you have to go out into the freezing cold again. This could do with a covering. I felt i was in a motel. My room was small but cosy. I liked the decor as you can see there was a lot more thought in making it more unique and its all in the details - like the 1920s style blanet, the chair coverings, the toiletries and the coffe maker, still & sparking water provided. The bathroom in comparison was big but I found the ceiling was mouldy and not finished so you could smell it whilst you were sleeping. Breakfast was a treat! Lovely croissants, fresh cakes, yogurts, fruit, cereals even sone gyzosas! Definitely a lot better than your usual buffet. There were recycling bins between tge dining room and reception so I did use it as i didnt see any recycling bins in the street. There are some homeless people around but i didnt feel unsafe in the area as there are always people around.

We tried to check in to this hotel but left because it was unsafe for our baby. They confirmed a crib but it was incomplete and totally unacceptable. They said we would het a refund but we’re still fighting them. Never stay at this dingey, gross, small, terrible hotel.

They didnt have an overnight concierge which was inconvenient when we arrived late at night so we ended up staying at anothre hotel next to them. The following day, the front desk was accomodating. They refunded us for the first night, and was able to check in smoothly.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice, the one improvement would be the washrooms and bathrooms, they are not too well thought out in their placement. Towels are placed near the toilet bowl, which is a hygiene concern and needs to be rearranged. Also, unfortunately the coffee maker was broken. But overall we are satisfied with our stay!

Short walk to train Excellent service

The staff was amazing. They were very helpful, accomodating and friendly. Walking distance to most places (old city, train station). Noise levels were a bit high due to multiple restaurants on the street, but thankfully I brought my white noise machine. A must stay while in Luxembourg.

Everything inside the hotel is great. A bit tiny but high quality. The back street of the station is unsafe. Make sure you don’t go that way to navigate to the hotel.

I like the proximity to the city center , good bed, remodeled bathroom. Satisfied over all !
