诺富特套房酒店卢森堡

The hotel is not too far from downtown, only one stop by bus or 20 min walk. If you walk back from downtown, the best way is through the park opposite the hotel, very nice view and historical buildings.

因为卢森堡比较小， 想着自己还开车就定了这家酒店。 酒店的位置不是特别中心， 前台工作人员告诉我们酒店走到市中心需要25分钟，但是后来想想算了，没有走。 酒店的条件比较好，非常新， 因为是suite， 所以房间特别大， 比来欧洲20多天住的任何一家酒店的房间都大。 而且酒店的洗手间提供的东西也比别家多， 浴室也比较大，花洒水也大，洗澡很爽。 房间很干净， 唯一的遗憾是地面有点黏哒哒，走在上面有点难过。 其他的方面， 比如早饭， 还可以，工作人员很热情，一直忙里忙外加东西。酒店有自己的停车场， 收费停车。

Room is small while the bathroom is clean and tidy. The bed is so hard and pillows are too soft making the sleep quality no good which is believed to be the worst part of the stay. The receptionist service is not so good as they seems to be so cool and not enthusiastic. When you ask for some help about the hotel services, they pretend to be very busy and don't listen to you. This hotel is in fact a building beside another Novotel hotel and there are no one at the lobby because people had all gone to the neighbourhood building for dining and entertainment. The hotel seems to be very quiet and alone.

Very nice clean and modern hotel, very well looked after. We had parking underground. The staff were very helpful (We couldn't find the parking entrance! But they patiently explained the way around etc so great help there) We didn't come so prepared to visit Luxembourg but got great advice on getting about by the staff also.

The suite was great, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. While the location is a bit out of the way, the hotel is only 200m away from a tram stop that has free transportation and is about a 10 min ride to the center

Very nice hotel just 5 tram stops from the city centre. Trams are free by the way. We had a triple room, very comfortable and just right for the price we paid. Min points were the lack of parking spots and 2 charging points only. Breakfast is sufficient but the pungent smell captivates the whole atmosphere. We sat outside which was nice. Best would be to have some exhaust as the breakfast area is small.

Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable.

Très bon séjour, chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle, literie confortable. Personnel agréable et petit déjeuner bien fourni. Bon emplacement, tram gratuit, très facile et rapide de rejoindre la ville.

The hotel is good. However, it is not a 5 star. It is not really close to downtown, although a convenient tram will take you there in about 10 minutes.

Un accueil chaleureux et respectueux. Une suite super clean. Et un petit déjeuner incroyable avec énormément de choix.

Excellent Facilities that we couldn't fault, really liked the motorised blackout blinds that make the room totally dark. The only gripe that we had was with the parking, unfortunately for us, we were in a vehicle that was larger than the underground car park, so we had to rely on the open air parking, which is limited at best, and there was no space for us, so we had to park offsite on the road, not the best for us, as we had a vehicle full of camping equipment and belongings. There could be parking bays lined out on the floor, in one section, if guests had parked sensibly there could have been room for 3 or 4 more vehicles... It was frustrating we we asked to park off site, as there were no spaces, however, in the morning, it appeared like a free for all, with guests just abandoning their vehicles wherever in the car park, which we would have happily done, instead of parking offsite. It would be nice if the hotels (the Novotel next door also shares the car park) ask guests with smaller cars that will fit in the 2m underground car park to move their cars from the unrestricted car park, so that more taller vehicles could be accommodated. That's our only minor gripe from an otherwise faultless stay.

Die Toilette war ziemlich eng, sonst alles im grünen Bereich.
