We have an excellent stay at macuo MGM, the staff is so friendly and sincere, very willing to offer help for you when you needed. The room is spacious and tidy, with a very nice sea view. They offer buffet for breakfast during the CNY period, the food quality is good and with lots of choice. We enjoyed the stay!

Really appreciated Senior Front Office Attendant-Jenny and the MGM team for the surprise for celebrating our honeymood. Thanks MGM for bringing me and my wife for the wonderful moments. In our minds, casino is the only DNA of Macau before. But now, Jenny and MGM team have changed our minds to explore more in Macau with the traditional foods and MGM next time when we go Macau again. Thanks again for Jenny and hotel staff's professional services during my stay. MGM is always the best hotel for us.

Firstly, I want to say thank you so much to MGM and their wonderful staff, they're prepared are comfortable room and provided excellent services to me.This journey have double meaning to my family, one for my Daddy & Mummy's wedding anniversary and the other is my brother's birthday, I appreciate hotel and their staff prepared wonderful decoration in room. Really really unexpectedly nice to me, wonderful and memorable. Thank you so much to MGM, especially front office team their DIY greeting cards to my family. MGM really is an excellent hotel !

An unpleasant stay at the start as we were assigned to a room with air conditioning problem. However, once reported, we were assigned to another room for our stay. The front desk manager gave a call to apologise and sent a fruit plate to our room by himself that night. And they called again on the next day and apologise again for the inconvenience caused. Delay checkout and free buffet meals at their restaurant are provided. They are so kind that they have arranged the transportation for us to the ferry terminal.

Nice sea view. Great staffs. Location is ok, there's a supermarket by 5 mins walk, some restaurant nearby. If you need to go to the downtown, taking bus may not a very good choice if it's under a 3x℃ temperature, because the bus stop need to walk 5-6mins and wait for a long time. Facilities are great excluded the pillow.

Staffs are professional and nice, well represented. Delux room with Ocean view is great, for both day and night view. No complaint to the room amenities, as they are well designed. Take a relax afternoon in the reflecting swimming pool~ Plz be reminded, no free sauna facilities or you need to have a spa service.

地點位置都好,方便 有免費泊車,房景色亦靚,叫左room service早餐味道都好好 但唯一既問題就係酒店房安排,3點先有房比到都無問題,因為一早打電話黎通知左我 但係電話到都confirm左我係預訂左一間non-smoking海景房,到我check in既時候竟然同我講全間酒店既non-smoking房都full左...令到第一印象好差 無錯,酒店升級左一間大少少吸煙房比我,房入邊雖然無好濃既煙味,但走廊係可以閒到好強烈既味道 所以無論間酒店幾靚,服務幾好都好...連第一關預訂左既房都提供唔到比客人,未免要檢討一下
