Good hospitality. Easy access and a lot of food stall near the hotel. Room is spacious and clean.

Very lux hotel with good location and services.

Kamar yang sangat bersih dan nyaman. Sarapan pagi yang bervariasi, lengkap dan terutama pelayanan yang di berikan oleh staf Mr. Yi dengan sangat memuaskan. Kekurangannya hanya pada staf yang dengan ogah, kasar dan wajah yang terpaksa memasak / menyediakan wantan mie buat tamunya. Seolah kita sebagai tamu minta sarapan gratis di sana. Hotel menyediakan suttle bus gratis pulang pergi ke macau ferry terminal. Selebihnya hotel ini menjadi nilai plus buat liburan keluarga yang jauh dari pusat keramaian. Kedepannya mungkin saya akan menginap kembali di sini.

Great service by the staff, all of them are very friendly. They even gave me a free upgrade. The room is also spacious and clean with great view.

Really very good services, room and facilities are also very nice. Would recommend to all and will be back to Crown Plaza Macau again.

Nice room, good view, clean but far from the town

We reserved the rooms with one double bed. Apparently only one room was available. Then the reception upgraded another room with suite room which was quite big with large living room. Location was quite good. They have free shuttle from and to Ferry Outer terminal (please take not that no shuttle available from and to Taipa terminal). When you buy the ferry tickets make sure to inform them the destination terminal otherwise they will just randomly choose one. Overall we had great stay. Thank you.

I was not surprised with the hospitality of Crowne. It was an amazing experience, good stay, clean room and nice indoor swimming pool. Though it is a bit far from attractive places in Macau.

It was great for hotel in macau the view and the room is clean and big space. The staff in reception very nice and I get free upgrade to suite room so luxurious room and clean room.
