The hotel is very luxurious and staff are super friendly and polite. The hotel room is cozy and well maintained.

My only issue with the hotel is when you take the shuttle from the airport they drop you off so far away from the lobby. You have to lug your luggage they a mall, which no one helps you. Then across the aquarium lobby and to the front desk. With 4 pieces of luggage and two of them at 30kg it’s not easy.

We were happy with the service of Chloe when we checked in at MGM Macau. She even arranged breakfast boxes in the early morning because we tried to catch our flight at 7am. I will definitely return there next time.

5star service!! Amazing Well trained staff. Got an upgraded to one of those villa suite. The room was amazing with breathtaking surrounding view. Perfect location. Walking distance to one central mall for great shopping and very easy commute to all the tourist spot. two thumbs up. Highly recommended !!!!!

Overall it was good. The staff service of concierge reception and restaurant were all very good.

The staffs and services were superb. The view was great, looking at the sea. Loved the whole experience of my stay there and definitely recommend others to stay in this hotel again.

The hotel upgraded us to an executive suite. My kids were very excited and happy during the stay. This is an amazing experience for us all. Thank you!

This is a very fancy hotel that more than met my requirements.

Bus drop off at casino, not check-in, and long hot wait for the bus with bored staff.

Great experience! Got upgraded to a VIP suit. Free shuttle to airport or ferry or other MGM hotels.

Hotel amenities and condition are very good. Location isn´t very good. The desk boys should be more careful arranging the taxi rides, one of them gave the taxi driver a wrong address and sent me very far away from where I needed to go. Afterall the hotel is nice

The hotel was fantastic. Staff is so sweet and the rooms are huge and great. The bathroom is the best part.

In the Top 3 Hotels I have stayed at in all the world. Complete 5* Hotel from Rooms to Service to Location and even Food. Just need more Restaurants and Bars in Casino

Total experience was terrible from the Macau ferry shuttle bus where we were dropped off on opposite side to reception then had to find our way through the enormous complex with little or no guidance from hotel employees. I could continue to shore my entire awful experience however I feel management their deserves no more of my time. I suggest the Venetian I moved there and it was excellent.

Stayed here with my buddies for a bachelor party - was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. Staff was pleasant but clearly didn't care too much for a group of young guys since we definitely didn't look like "ballers" even though we were staying in one of their multi-room suites. Overall, the room was very nice and well-appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I went to Macau for 2 days after visiting our daughter who works at Disneyland in Hong Kong. We could not have been more impressed with our room, the hotel overall, its facilities and the wonderful staff. The ABA Bar is also a great place within the hotel to meet friends, relax and catch up.

Good hotel and I will introduce more friends to stay
