We stayed three nights at this hotel. It is a large property to get around but it is so clean friendly and staff are amazing. We found the bed a little hard but staff arranged for topper pad for us. Pool area is beautiful. We loved the parisan cafe on level 5 and had breakfast thete twice. Great pice for set breakfast. We would recommend yhis hotel to other travellers.

The hotel staff upgraded me to champagne suite king room which was fantastic. The location was fantastic, making it convenient to explore the city. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and offer everything that I need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the property was excellent and ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment throughout my stay.

Queue to check-in was very long. Luckily got a kid so able to skip the queue. Staff are friendly. Many restaurants to eat around. It’s a casino hotel. So not as comfortable as a relax hotel. A bit rowdy for my liking. Overall still ok.

The carpet in the rooms were a bit dingy, probably closer to 3.5 or 4 star at best. Also, they didn't seem to happy that I didn't need my room cleaned after my first night there. I was napping in afternoon because of jet lagg and was woken by a call from front desk asking what's going on and to make sure I turn off the "do not disturb" button next day. Didn't appreciate their tone on the call, kind of rude.

Good - connected to Venetian via bridge, has shuttle bus.
Bad - TV in the room spoilt on day 2, when technician removed the TV, there was so much dust behind the TV!
