楼梯走路有点想，三楼地板响。 员工不错。

Hyggelig bevertning og mennesker som jobbet i resepsjonen, men litt ulik evne til å kommunisere på engelsk. Ingen internettilgang, så undertegnede måtte bruke wi-fi fra den kinesiske restauranten over gata. Flott utsikt fra mitt hotellrom utover byen. Vanntilgangen også veldig varierende. Hjelper lite med fint badekar, når det ikke kommer vann..

L’hotel Brajas

Nous sommes venus il y a 2 mois. Nous prenons enfin le temps… Le patron Jack, son adjoint et toute l’équipe sont très accueillants et disponibles. Gros investissements en cours, nous leurs souhaitons bonne chance et bonnes vies à tous. Bises de Nathalie et Jérôme

I likes the hotel & staff for the most part and the food & drink were very good. But the Customer service was lacking, I asked for help with suggested transportation tours but got No response. The AIr Conditioning wasn’t working in my room and the TV had just one French channel & nothing in English. As I understood it was not safe to walk around ar night, There was nothing to do but look at my phone or read a book… No TV News No TV entertainment in my room… rather boring…

TV channels didn’t exist, AC did not work, Door access was very intermittent, request for service was under-par…Other than that I liked staff & the premises & location

We came to the JIOI and it was accesible to all the facilities. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Eine Internet verbindung gibt es nur bedingt (mann muss den Repeater an der Rezeption und bekommt ihn, wenn man glück hat, zwischen 16h und 9h). Es gibt sehr viele Stufen. Alkohol wird nicht im Restaurant sondern NUR an der Bar serviert. Die Spülung der Toilette lief den ganzen Aufenthalt. Ein Reparatur war nicht möglich. Ich hätte normalerweise das Hotel gewechselt. Hatte aber leider das Zimmer im Voraus bezahlt und als nicht stornierbar gebucht. Ein Fehler!

Manque de pression d’eau, pas d’eau chaude certains jours... bel accueil équipe au petit soin, hôtel à taille humaine. Petit déjeuner à revoir à la hausse, dans l’ensemble c’est un établissement avec bcp de potentiel à développer.

Alles war bestens, mehr kann ich nicht sagen. Eigentlich wollte ich die Reservierung stornieren auf Grund dem Vovid, könnte aber nirgends eine Stornierungsmöglichkeit finden!

I liked the breakfast and bar but the toilet in my room is not working. The air con was leaking.

I like most things about my stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and polite, extras are reasonably priced and I will stay there again in the future. I think staff should inform customers when they book in that larger deluxe rooms are available at extra cost. My room was small so I would have paid for an upgrade had I known.

Kind and helpful staff. Clean rooms and fresh in-house restaurant. The hotel is located uphill which gives its guests an overview of the road beneath.

It was very convenient, the property is in the heart of the city . The stuff were professional and very pleasant, i will recommend this property

Hotel tranquille en retrait du centre ville etablissement bien tenu et propre Personnel discret et aimable je salue particulierement les receptionnistes pour leur amabilite et leur reactivite Il manque un peu de musique le soir au restaurant pour etre bien dans le contexte Salutation a franco pour sa gentilesse

Hôtel bien placé, prix correct manque juste d’intimité dans la chambre.

Accueil excellent, personnel très aimable, mais mobilier un peu vétuste.

丘の上にあり、レストランからの眺めがよい。自分の部屋は 反対側に面しており、教会の尖塔がすぐ近くに見え、日曜日には 讃美歌が聞こえた。
