Amazing hospitality and beautiful hotel in great location on island

Inoubliable le cadre est reposant

Quand nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avais pas ma réservation ! on nous a mis dans une chambre. Et l'en demain ils ont retrouvés ma réservation dans les spam !... pour conclure, j'ai pas eu la chambre que j'ai réservé. ils mettent des prix dans un livret et après il enlève les tarifs et nous factures sur un autre tarif... Je ne conseillerais pas cette hotel à mes amis ce qui est déjà fait !

The good: The lady at the front desk was very nice Needs improvement: Room and property were run down and a bit dirty, air conditioner was not powerful enough to actually cool the room, all four pools were green with algae, food was quite bad and there were few dining options (no room service, very limited ability to eat outside of the buffet)

Le Vanila Hôtel & spa est exactement comme présenté sur le site d’Expedia. Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l’acceuil dés notre arrivée et le personnel à notre disposition pour de très bons conseils. Les excursions proposées nous permettent de vraiment découvrir l’ile de Nosy Be et les îles paradisiaques environnantes avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix D’autre part, on se sent en sécurité la nuit dans cet hôtel en bord de plage ou le personnel de sécurité y est présent en permanence Côté restauration, on dira qu’au bout de 5 jours il faut obligatoirement passé au menu du jour Le menu à la carte étant vite parcouru.

Le ménage comme l'entretien des extérieurs est impeccable.

Ich war mit meiner Familie in diesem Hotel. Die service war unmöglich ,wegen Handtücher macht die Leiterin uns an und besteht drauf dass wir unsere Koffer aufmachen soll. War respeklos ,am Ende nichts gefunden und ohne sich zu entschuldigen. Nur wieder in diesem Hotel

Good place to relax. Room generally comfortable, but noise of shower / flushing toilet from adjacent rooms. Beautiful & well maintained gardens.

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and courteous. A very relaxing atmosphere.

Nice hotel, very comfortable and clean. Beach is reasonable, but not excellent. Upgraded room on arrival which was lovely. Negatives : the food was great, but lacking in choice. 2 out of the 4 white wines were unavailable, as were other simple ingredients which were on the menu: i.e. vanilla ice cream! The service in the restaurant was inattentive. Everything was quite pricey in comparison to the rest of Madagascar (and indeed Nosy Be)

The rooms are the best thing about this place! Very large with huge balconies with drying racks and a large bathroom. Lovely decorations. The spa is also quite nice and the landscaping well done. Don't eat at the restaurant. Some staff in the bar are surly and the orders and bills were always wrong. They try, but for the price it is not worth it. There is a cute beach-front café less than five minutes walk down the beach (next to Sakalava Dive) that has good, inexpensive food and a big menu (though service is also slow). Hotel is good for breakfast though. The desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. There is a well-stocked gift shop and a tours desk where it is easy to book excursions for the next day or later in the week. They have two pools, but chairs in the shade are limited.

The room was too small. That was the main problem. Room service and food was good. Service was good. Everything is very clean,

Bonne localisation. Accueil agréable. Personnels souriants et attentifs. Bel espace bien aménagé et entretenu avec soin. Pas de WiFi disponible dans les chambres, mais seulement dans le restaurant. Piscine un peu limitée en taille. Plage à marée basse un peu trop vaseuse, et sans aménagements particuliers pour la baignade.

Super belle hôtel. Personnel tres tres simpatique mais cella ne sadresse pas au responsable d'accueille le monsieur tres orgueilleux et aussi avec c'est collègue . La chambre toujours impeccable et si vois êtes un jeune couples belle attention du personnel il vous deposeron sur votre lit 2 signe avec les serviettes et des fleurs . Repas tres bon mail les prix sont trop cher . Cadre idéale reposant un endroit de rêves . Attention : Si vous souhaitez donner un petit pourboires faite le discrètement et de main a la main . Car si les chefs d'équipe le remarque votre pourboires ira dans une caisse commune et adieux la bonne attention.

Ik miste roomservice en een waterkoker voor koffie en thee op de kamer. Het ontbijt was ook erg sober, er waren bijvoorbeeld geen vleeswaren of kaassoorten.
