Staff was amazing. Bed were comfortable! AC was great. WiFi was strong and useful.

Good AC, friendly staff. WiFi not working, which makes work impossible.

We were made welcome. It felt comfortable and safe. Enjoyed a nice hot shower and food was well presented and clean.

Hotel was clean and in good condition, and staff were very friendly. Hotel is located a considerable distance from main commercial areas so taking a taxi to go anywhere is effectively necessary.

Nice rooms, Cozy place, close to restaurant, but the pillows were no good for sleeping.

It was located in a very nice area, but without close by stores. The hotel suited our needs very well-we stayed 2 separate nights & brought a friend. Vey nice breakfast!

This lodge is in the are close to diplomatic missions in a lovely section of Lilongwe. The facility is clean and the people try hard to meet all your needs. We had several electrical blackouts but that was no fault of the facility. They do have an electric generator that kicks in after a short while. Lovely surroundings, nice garden and good breakfast. I recommend it.

It was very quiet. I think we were the only guests. They had no drinks on hand but got us some from a neighbouring lodge. Dinner was decent Malawian food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was less than half the price of surrounding properties so good value for money. It was fine for a last night in country, where our only itinerary was to rest from the road and repack for the next day. If you are looking for a comfy lodge with ambience, food and beverage choices, and things to do, you will need to look elsewhere.

Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Room okay and clean as such (bathroom shelves need to be brushed up a little). Service level needs some improvement, but I noticed progress during the 4 - 5 days I stayed there. The manager really wants to make improvements, and she cares for her guests. I had a couple of good talks with her, and I believe that she's willing to and able to listen to advice to make this a really good lodge. If there still is anything to complain about, just ask to see the manager and there will be improvements. I'm not able to say anything about the kitchen, as I had my dinner and lunch meals other places. Wifi problems while I stayed there, but - according the manager - the wifi provider had discovered problems which the provider would sort out within a few days.
