1. The place of this apartment is secluded. Not very convenient to go in and out.
2. For an apartment of this condition, the RM300/night + RM55 (cleaning fee) is too high. It should be in the category of RM150 to RM180 only pernight and should be without additional cleaning fee.
3. There are workers (might be of those doing renovation or construction) do their activities and talk too loud. (But I don't blame the owner for this.)
