我本来打算住城里另一家同名的酒店。结果我一点也不后悔。房间很宽敞，就像网上的照片一样，配备了客厅、餐厅、带炉灶的厨房岛（虽然我没时间用）、微波炉、烤面包机、咖啡机、餐具、可饮用的自来水以及洗衣机和烘干机。推荐给全家出游的旅客。

The 2-bedroom premier is very cozy. Really felt at home—dining table for family, cutleries (no need to buy disposable ones), washing machine & dryer, and many more. Staffs are friendly and will make an effort to acknowledge you when you return there (was greeted with ‘welcome back’). Both of our toilets' bidet were leaking, and they were changed immediately after our feedback to the hotel. They never missed housekeeping (even when you pressed the ‘makeup room’ switch in the late noon). Would be great if shopping malls were within walking distance though you can easily order a ride from there. Nevertheless, we are truly impressed by everything else there and will definitely be returning soon.

1. Water pressure is low, shower is very weak(my friends room is the same)
2. The door lock was out of battery, I could not access my room, and need to go down and ask for the techician to come change the battery
3. Small ants in the kitchen (not too many tho)
4. The carbinet sensor was broken, the carbinet light goes on and off non stop, I need to use a piece of paper to cover the sensor, otherwise I can see the light leaking after I turned off the bedroom light
4. The door card was inactivated before I checked out, I was not able to get in the room and needed to go to the reception to activate the card again.
5. No bottles of water are provided
6. The bedroom TV remote was out of battery . I needed to use the one in the living room.

Beyond our expectations! We were upgraded to the 41st flr one bedroom plus a den. The unit is bright, spacious and well-appointed, the kitchenette, washer and dryer are a bonus. The pool, gym facilities and location are fatastic too. The only downside was the power kept tripping the first 2 days causing no hot water and the toaster didn’t work only to find out it was the toaster that tripped the hot water tank! Their action was prompt but took several calls to finally know the cause.

Hotelzimmer war sehr sehr schön sehr sauber, sehr großes Zimmer Pool aus obersten Stockwerk ein bisschen klein und war schade war das muss ich den Pool im sechsten Stock mit noch zu anderen Hotels teilen muss und es sehr wenige liegen gibt. Dieses Hotel würde ich auf jeden Fall jedem weiterempfehlen eine sehr, sehr gute Lage sehr sauber sehr schönes Zimmer sehr nettes Personal und sehr guter Service fünf Sterne für das Hotel.

Rooms were beautiful and clean but the outside hallways were very hot. The elevators were also very slow so waiting for them in the hot hallways was uncomfortable. We also weren’t very impressed with the food at level 99. I was happy with the door man that provided us instructions on how to get to Petronas Towers.

Everything, too new brilliant and offered an upgrade as there was availability when I arrived. The pool area and the restraint there both brilliant, and my highlight was dinner/drinks on the rooftop bar with the view of the Petronas towers in the evening, went both nights was incredible
