Check in time not in proper arrangement. Call few times the Residence person in charge was not attend the calls until I make complaint. The old rubbish left un attend, due to that bad smell in the has. Not satify.

Great place to stay in malacca, especially if you travel with family, clean and spacious. The kids love the swimming pool so much. Just a reminder. Come here on check in time which is 3 PM, because the security will not let you in before you get the check in detail from owner, its a very recommended place to stay.

Tempat dan lokasi ok..kolam renang sangat bagus..cuma nomor telepon agen penyewanya tak terdaftar jadi kita sulit untuk ngambil kuncinya apalagi dia punya empat tower besar security juga tak bisa memberi petunjuk tower yg mana..

very easy and smooth check in and check out process. the stay was excellent. nice apartment and superb pool for the family. agree that the pool's rules were strict but it was actually appropriate and logic. probably this will be one of the main weekend getaway destination for my family and I. kiddos to the iconstay management.
