Please consider our payment first before you kick me out. Ok the first things is i'm booking for the room for economy rooms rm36 ringgit malaysia. But suddenly after i'm driving to kuala resort the staff was not there. I have to wait almost 1 hour before someone came and treats me. I'm still can be cool about that, but what more surprises me the staff told me no more room. he told me to rent the room with aircond and of course that cost more expensive than the other one that I booking and already paid. They give me the room with smoking alert even I already request room without smokers. What worst when I enter the room at 00.15a.m on Thursday due to his workers lateness and issue regarding my booking, after woke up I went to interview at 11pm and back to resort around 5pm.he kicks we out and asked me to leave. He said that our time should be over since 12pm. try you all calculate, from 00.15-12pm, is that enough 1 days? as far what I known, I days means 24 hour, not 12 hours. The result was i'm frustrated and turn into hulks. I'm really regret to choose your resort as my holiday. 😈
