Excellent check in experience. We were earlier when we arrived at reception. Staff checked on availability of room and gave us a early check in. She was very helpful and friendly.
Room is very spacious, clean, comfortable and nice. Enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn JB

Great stay always. Our go to option for family trips in JB as they have connecting room. Althou u need to pay a small fee for it, it gives us much convenience and peace of mind

As usual, everything is good, the rooms, the view, the locations and of course the service.
The only thing to pick on is the perhaps the breakfast which I believe there is still room for improvement.

Not a good hotel to celebrate birthday. They charge u for balloon decoration. if you choose not to pay, there is no complimentary cake. for two nights stay at their family suite, I'm surprised with the lack of personal touch which wouldn't cost much to the hotel chain. Would not reccomend.

The best location with the best rooms and facilities.
The buffet breakfast could be improved.
The only complaint is that we weren't allow to use the swimming pool while waiting for our room keys. ( we used to be able to in our previous stays)

Super convenient, walking distance from train station. If arrive earlier than or after komtar shopping mall opening hours, a bit cumbersome as no sheltered walk path. Grateful that front desk allowed early check in.

Each time I visit JB, holiday inn is my top choice.
This stay in particular, our room has a malfunction on the AC. It was extremely cold. The engineer was not able to rectify. So I requested a change of room. Although it took awhile to get me transferred. Otherwise stay would be perfect.
