1. Wifi was under maintenance for the whole building. Survived on mobile data. 2. Receptionist is always missing in action. Called the reception for thousand times. Came down and will need to call the number stated at the front desk even for check-in/out as well. 3. Couldn't find my reservation and I have to wait for them for 40min. Taken the person in charge number from the receptionist. Didn't pick up on purpose. 4. No basic amenities. 5. Saw cockroaches in the room. 6. TV has no channels to watch. 7. Tables are dusty and basin has stain.

1. kamarnya lumayan oke lah, tapi sayang TVnya enggak nyala. 2. menginap 2 malam tapi kamar enggak di rapikan, dan air putih juga enggak di tambah. Huuft. 3. resepsionisnya ramah-ramah. 4. breakfastnya dikit pilihannya, tapi not bad lah. 5. lumayan lah ke stasiun MRTnya tinggal jalan kaki.

Second time staying at this hotel and both stay experienced the same thing - no hot water shower. I thought I had to wait longer for the water to heat up but...:( I have to use water from the sink to shower in the morning because its slight warm.

Bersih, oke banget, puas dan mantap.

Hotelnya bersih cuma jauh dari pudu raya naik taksi sekitar 10 RM, check-in dan check-out mudah, ada deposit 50 rm+pajak 10 RM, kamar kecil, lumayanlah untuk kamar harga segitu.

Tempat kediaman baik bilik pun bersih puas hati.

Banyak kemudahan yang dipenuhi.

Bilik dengan masalah elektrikal. No drink water. No tisu papper. No toothbrush no toothpaste.

I had a pleasant experience here. The hotel cater our need with their warmth and friendly staff. Speedmart is just around the corner and ikea Cheras is about 10 minutes away. Where can we get a cozy room and a breakfast for two with price lower than 60 in KL? Surely will come back soon

Hotel susah dicari, kalau untuk ukuran family room kamarnya sempit, sarung bantal, seprei, duvet cover kotor tidak di ganti, stafnya ramah.

Pelayanan ramah, sarapan perlu lebih bervariasi.

Bilik yang selesa, just pastikan tisu n soap senantiasa ade.

The hotel seems small, but the experiences of staying there are good! We had standard room without window but the ventilation is good and comfortable! The bathroom is spacious and clean. Also the staff is helpful and friendly. There are parking lot for guests. The breakfast is simple yet the place is cozy. Feels like staying at overseas’ hotel 😂 would love to stay here again! Highly recommended 🌸

Hotelnya oke lah. Berhubung kami datang tepat di hari raya idul fitri. Banyak kedai yang tidak buka. Terpaksa deh kami makan popmie di hotel. Aduh.
