O Storytel Hotel

No reception during arrival. Have to wait more than 30minutes. Other guests want to check-out also wait longer than us. No contact number were provided. Then 3 of the staffs come in, I ask them why no one in the counter? They said they went for a rest (they can take rotation for a rest) then I said at least leave contact number, she said you have to check by yourself on the internet. I said it cannot be contacted. I ask them to use their phone to call the number from the internet but did not want to. Then I said the number you put on the hotel door also cannot be contact. She said that number is no longer use. So easy to reply without feeling guilty. Earlier total 4 of guests coming but they only make one room reservation. Then staff ask without gentle manner by saying "Did you know our hotel can only fit for 2Adult with 2children 9y/o & below?" It is not an appropriate way to inform about room policy. Please improve staff quality & manner. Room wise I found a big cockroach inside the room. I tell because I'm scared of it. My first time experience. The fridge at the lobby consisted of many staffs left over without proper seal, I still remember the fish were eaten half remain open in the bowl.

Value for what you pay for, will surely book again.

Very clean very comfortable and give me a lot of privacy so that I rest in a very quite hotel room and I really enjoy the experience staying at the hotel

Everthing is ok, inside the hotel is clean but there is kinda dirty

The overall stay is okay and great. However, during my stay there is a shortage of water. The receptionist let me know earlier. So, I manage to take a shower early before the water is cut off. Overall, I have a great stay. And I sleep in peacefully.

Hotel sukar untuk dicari.Terletak di Level 3, melalui kawasan parking. Bilik dan staff OK.

I'd have enjoying stay here for 5 nights on my vacation. Accommodation is excellent, spacious and clean. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Strategic place to stay and recommended.

Hotel ini sangat bagus kerana service yang terbaik dan kemudahan yang sangat berkeadaan baik. Selain daripada hotel terletak dekat dengan pasar malam asia city yang mempunyai pelbagai jenis makanan dan sesuai untuk makan tengah malam sambil lepak tengok skrin besar. Movie night 😊

Sebenarnya hotel yang bagus tetapi bilik yang saya dapat ada sarang labah-labah, ada lipas kecil, walaupun keseluruhan nampak bersih, pihak hotel perlu meningkatkan lagi kebersihan hotel.

cheap and affordable price. but the room a bit smelly. and hard to find the hotel.

The room was basic. Very cheap but most of the taxi driver or local do not know where exactly the hotel located because it is inside a building. I rate as good because the location is in the middle of the city and very cheap. Suitable for backpackers.

Cleanliness is good. The hotel is a bit harder to find and the parking is available but charge was not worth for a long break.

A bit smaller but with the price given, I think it's worth it.

At the city center, near many restaurants, especially Welcome seafood, good one for seafood lover. The location is hard to find but room is clean.
