Sangat nyaman, bersih dan harum. lumayan lah.

the room door was broken, in the room there was no appliance to boil water, the room for 4 days 3 nights was never cleaned

Clean. But no service actually.

No water heater. Television not good functioning.

1) The room not ready when I'm arrived and I have to wait for set up. 2) The price is very reasonable and good. 3) The parking is difficult due to near to police station. 4) The staff is okay and friendly. 5) The service okay. 6) To find halal food nearby the hotel difficult. Thanks.

Toilet berkerak. Getah di pintu bilik air tanggal. Shower tkk panas. Receptionist ramah.

Feel safe as near with police station.

Good location for stay longer, it's easy to reach many places of holiday's family destination.

Aircond slow, even dah tukar bilik, still aircond slow, lagi slow dari bilik sebelum.

Resepsionis ramah dan bersahabat. Kamar bersih, AC dingin, WC terawat, sayang TV-nya semutan.

Tempatnya bersih, kamar mandinya enak, very nice.

Problem with bathroom. However the staff is ok and friendly.

Staf mesra pelanggan. Bilik memang super terbaik walaupun harganya murah bagi saya. Terkejut juga pada mulanya, teruskan seperti sekarang. Selesa hingga saya terlajak tido, padan muka saya kena penalti (potong deposit lerr) 😁

Saya suka dengan kamarnya, ya cukuplah untuk kondisi budget yang harga segitu, tapi tidak ada akses lift, Yang buat saya kesulitan bawa koper naik ke lantai 3, juga sambil bawa baby saya, selain dari itu, oke lah, walau staf receptionistnya kurang ramah. Tapi overall no problem.

Hotelnya nyaman, cuma air mati setiap jam 5 sampai jam 6.30 sore.

Harga ok la, cuma no mineral water dalam bilik.

The place is nice , but had problem with water ! Today I have to wait from 10 until 2.30 just to get shower. At last u ask me to shower at public toilet. Then I went out, I’m back at 1am still no water ! What ! U know what its really problem for me to shower and to use toilet. Come on why this issues u not settle down earlier.this is hotel not house. Please.

Considering the price, i don't expect much from the hotel as long as i can have a comfort sleep at night. But then, in the morning when i took the shower, the water barely there! That's a definite no no for me. Better stay at other hotel than here. Here's what i want to highlight too for anyone who wants to stay here. 1. There's no elevator so please be mentally prepared 😅 2. The towels are so old that they were ripping apart. Regret that i didn't take pictures. Sigh 3. There's nothing on the vanity except for one glass. 4. The shower? bad. Pros: 1. The room is quite big, comfortable bed & there's coway water dispenser on the hallway. Take note that they do not provide mineral water bottle in the room. Ps: I'm giving it bad review only because of the shower.

Nice hotel...recommended for the stay in this hotel...but parking still need to improve...
