As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Pemilik kasar, kotor, sprei tidak baru dan bau. Ada biaya tambahan yang melebihi harga pemesanan apartemen. Lebih baik kalau ke Malaysia pesan hotel dari pada apartemen.

Menginap di sini rasa menginap ilegal. Karena ketemunya tidak boleh di depan lokasi apartemen. Dimintai biaya pembersihan RM60. Kalau tau dimintai uang sebesar itu mending saya cari hotel aja. Karena ga bisa refund ya mau gamau pasrah. Kamar juga kurang bersih, masih ada helaian rambut orang lain di bantal. Teko air kotor banget, masih ada daun teh celup dengan airnya. Sabun cair bukannya wangi tapi bau banget. Trrus kami pergi keluar kondisi ruang tengah lampu nyala, pas balik lampu udah dimati-dimatiin, berarti ruang dimasukin. Maaf, tapi owner juga ngegas, emosian, mau debat juga saya takut, jadi saat itu saya diam aja. Pagi-pagi sudah ditunggui, diketok-ketok untuk cepat keluar, padahal saya masih punya banyak waktu.
