房子干净整洁，宽敞明亮，地理位置优越，价格实惠。所有东西看起来都很新，物超所值。它毗邻Quill Mall购物中心和Medan Tuanku单轨站，出行便利，前往任何地方都非常方便。令人惊讶的是，距离Kampong Bharu不到700米，在那里我们可以品尝到各种正宗的马来美食。更棒的是，距离Kedai Pak Hassan餐厅仅数百米，在那里我们可以享用美味的Bubur Lampok（仅限周四供应）和印度煎饼，价格非常实惠。我们下次来吉隆坡一定会再次入住这家酒店。我给它打9分以上。如果管理层能提供两把房间钥匙就更好了。我相信管理层只提供一把钥匙是有充分理由的。

不建议长期入住。很多房间都破损，有马桶下水道的气味。床单、床单都很脏，灰尘很多，照片和实际不符。最好还是住星级酒店。房间狭小，蟑螂和臭虫很多。

第一个房间的厕所里飘出一股霉味和腐烂的味道。露台和房间之间的门坏了。主门锁坏了，仍然用旧钥匙，而不是刷卡。工作人员花了很长时间才回复，而且反应速度不快。最后，我们大声投诉，换了房间，对于两天的住宿来说还不错。这个地方离动物屠宰场很近。需要大量翻新，毛巾和窗帘上有很多污渍。

卧室闷热、有异味，床垫和枕头很脏。浴室里弥漫着腐烂尸体的气味。我不会再住在这里了，尽管酒店很大、很漂亮，但是不干净，而且气味不好。

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Pros: 1. Check-in and check-out was relatively simple and fast. Just send a WhatsApp message or make a WhatsApp call to the business mobile number listed in the voucher. Prepare RM200 cash as a deposit, which is returned during check-out. 2. Convenient location with monorail station Medan Tuanku and Quill City mall at the doorstep. 3. The unit's facilities are new. It comes with a washing machine cum dryer, fridge, microwave, and electric hob for cooking. Smart TV was a nice touch too. 4. Dedicated car park lot for the unit. 5. The unit was clean and amenities in working order. Cons: 1. No waste disposal area on the floor (that we could find), so we had to bring rubbish down to the common areas for disposal. 2. Towels provided had brown discoloration. Likely these were from strong heat during drying rather than dirt, but can be off-putting. 3. Only one key was provided for the entire unit. And the key was required for accessing the floor, hence our group had to coordinate our movements in and out of the unit. 4. Could not watch any actual live TV on the Smart TV. Great to have Vue etc., but we couldn't get RTM or TV3 just to watch the nightly news. 5. Water pressure in the shower was weaker than we expect in a new building.

My first time stay at this area. Quill is very strategic, easy to go anywhere, not too busy. So close to culinary center: Kampung Bharu. The unit is so spacious, clean and good facility & view. Very suitable for small family or close friends trip. Feeling so homey. I will stay back at Quill 👍🏻

Sayang saat ke sana lupa foto suasana unit kami menginap. Overall, kami puas banget dengan fasilitas disana. Worth it lah harga sewa permalam dengan fasilitas yang kami dapatkan. Apalagi saat kesana, saya berlima bersama anak-anak. Jadi menjadi pilihan utama untuk memilih apartemen sebagai tempat kami menginap dibanding hotel.

Tidak ada lobby. Jadi ketemu di sofa. Tapi baik petugasnya.

Dekat dengan fasilitas umum dan mall, mudah untuk mencari makanan, lokasi sangat strategis dan sangat bersih

New building that stil have some patch up work, bedroom air on is noisy due to improper servicing, towel is sub par quality but can be accepted for the price. Location besides mall from the same property group, standard mall with H&M and NSK grocer.

Sangat puas menginap disini dan bakal selalu stay disini kalau balik ke Kuala Lumpur. Lokasi sangat strategis. Stasium monorail Medan Tuanku berada dalam bangunan gedung ini. Kamar sangat luas! Bisa hingga 5 dewasa, cari makan enak banyak dan mudah. Jangan lupa cobain Ikan Singgang persis di sebrang apart, Akses langsung ke Quill Mall yang tidak ramai tapi barang sangat affordable. Apart berada di pusat kota, mau kemana-mana naik Grab pun tidak mahal. Pemandangan juga sangat bagus, kolam renang tidak terlalu besar tapi sangat worth it untuk menginap disini. staf nya juga sangat ramah. Thank you sir!

Tempatnya sesuai sama foto yang didisplay di apps. Tempatnya bagus, bersih dan sangat nyaman dan peralatan di dalamnya juga lengkap dan bisa dipakai semua. Dekat MRT dan juga tempat2 spt mall, cafe dan resto. Untuk memudahkan check in jangan lupa hubungi nomor yang tertera ya, nanti begitu sampai akan ada staff yang stand by dan saat check in akan ada deposit RM 200. Sangat worth it menginap disini
