There 's one room that had bad body odor inside, we stay for 2 night there. The first night still bearable but the second night feel like hell. The smell was so bad that we had to camp out in the living room. The reason we didn't make a complain to staff because of the hassle to move 8 person worth of luggage out of the room. Other than that one specific problem, the room was bright and spacious. Maybe this can be suggestion to the hotel staff to improve the room quality. Thank You.

Its a quiet, clean and nice place to stay in the middle of penang city.

Seperti villa dengan 3 kamar yang luas luas bisa untuk 8 dewasa dan 2 anak, ada ruang keluarga, dapur lengkap dengan kompor tap water pemnas air microwave dan tersedia mesin cuci, harus menunggu staf hotel untuk datang ke lokasi bila akan check in dan check out, perlu deposit 200 ringgit yang akan dikembalikan saat check out.

Fasilitasnya lengkap mulai kompor, kulkas, sampai mesin cuci, kamarnya nyaman, WiFi kencang, sea view jadi bisa lihat sunset dari jendela. Sayangnya agak sudah cari makanan dan jam check-outnya cepat, jam 11.

Tempat bersih cuma hati-hati yang membawa koper besar karena masuk ke kamar harus menggunakan tangga yang tinggi dan membuat gempor yang mengangkat. Tidak ada pihak hotel yang membantu jadi kita independent. Saat check-in harus menelepon terlebih dahulu karena mereka tidak mempunyai front office. Saat check-in di cek semua ada yang tercoret sedikit mereka kenakan denda, tempat kertas tercoret pena sedikit dikenakan denda 30 ringgit. Hati-hati yang membawa anak-anak jangan sampai barang-barang properti tercoret walau sedikit.

Kamarnya besar dan bersih, fasilitasnya lengkap dan pelayanannya sangat baik...recomended

Great location just 50 metres there is nasi kandar kassim with great fried chicken. Near Masjid and near minimarket also just across for taking a bus. Great great great. Thx.

Kamarnya bagus seperti apartemen dan leluasa. Menginap di sini bersama keluarga terasa menyenangkan, seperti berada di rumah sendiri. Dan dekat banget dengan pusat perbelanjaan.

Hotelnya nyaman dan bagus. Tinggal di sini seperti di rumah sendiri lokasinya dekat pusat kota. Pelayanan bagus. Lobby hotel tidak berada di satu tempat. Di waktu check-in kesusahan mencari lobby.

The room and the facilities all superb. But the staff especially the house keeping department really terrible. I don't know how their work etiquette. Simply go into guest room without asking for permission or acknowledge the guest first before enter the room. This is the worst house keeping staff ever. During check in time also, after clean the room from the previous guest, I open the door, I found all the rubbish, towel and other things exactly in front of the entrance. Then during check out time. It was unacceptable because I'm married and I feel unsecured to leave my wife alone in the room because of the staff know the key code for the door and can enter the room whenever they want it. Please take note and improve this issue. Others all outstanding.

Clean, neat and spacious room just in front of Gama. The only surprising thing was they don't have check in lobby. When we arrived we have to call to the number at the web and waited till the staff came and help us check in. Please aware that you can't request any maintenance or service on odd office hour.

This hotel do not provide parking space. It’s really inconvenient to hotel guest. We found a parking space nearby, however each time in and out the charges RM5. Overnight with RM 15. Furthermore, I have been charged for unfair rate, where the parking guy claimed that I must pay RM 20. (I found no reason why I must pay RM 20 for one car for overnight where the board written RM15 for overnight, when my entrance I paid RM 5 already). I have feedback to hotel and they told me they are not responsible for the carpark as they told they don’t provide car lot. Fine, we know it. We will conclude the hotel is bad, firstly no parking space, secondly too near to main road where it’s very noisy with vehicles passed by all the time.

Kamar cukup besar, check-in dan check-out tidak rumit, service cukup memuaskan.
