New Town Hotel Klang

Check-in process not settled by a new staff. He called another guy and then saying that the system is not ready to view and check for the travel agent. He asked me to pay deposit. I asked for receipt. He refused. So i refused to pay deposit but i leave my contact number to him and asked him called me when the guy reached there. Then he called me at 2 mid night. I didn't pick up the phone and he knocked my door after 20 minutes in my room. It's really bad experience when he called me in the next morning at 8 o'clock just to ask for the deposit. Badd service with the front counter and the tv is not functioning. The floor of room was very dirty and we need to wear shoes all the time in the room. My whole family experienced a bad day in this hotel.

Too many mosquitoes... Room description are not real.

It was bad choice. No towel given hence the soap really made my skin rough. No television signal also. Terrible

1- air cond tak sejuk 2- tak ada kedai.

Terlalu banyak lipas. Nampak tidak bersih. Bilik untuk seorang terlalu sedikit. Tiada lif. Makanan dan minuman sampingan tiada.

PERLU PENAMBAHBAIKAN LAGI BAGI MENINGKATKAN PERKHIDMATAN. PERLU PENAMBAHAN DARI SEGI PERALATAN DI DALAM BILIK SEPERTI ALMARI DAN KATTLE JAR.. BTWAY, SERVIS YG BAIK OLEH PEKERJA. TQ SO MUCH..

Boleh lah kalau nak save bajet, sesuai menginap di sini, kalau nak keselesaan, tak sesuai menginap sini.

The hotel is not good as it looks, old dusty dirty. Booked for 3 people and they just give me a piece of towel!? Ask for another two, and they gave me a wet towel. Booked for 4 night and I check out the 2nd day

Lantai kotor. Cadar kotor. Nyamuk banyak.

就价格而言，酒店不错，空调好，热水器好，员工好，环境好，电视好

The reception is good. Room wall is dirty and there're water marks. Need improvement or repaint on the room. Water heater not work.

Bilik ok, memuaskan, cuma area TV kurang cantik.

I saw a lot of insects in the bathroom and under the bed. Also water supply is so bad and slow, pipe leaking under the sink. TV also not function and aircond remote control not provided. Hope they will improve their service in all terms.
