絕佳的海灘與泳池，度假村腹地大且景色優美，在這裡待了三天不出去都不嫌無聊，房間陽台直接通往海灘，很適合放空悠閒度假，房間和浴室都很大，房價也不高，服務人員都超級熱情親切！！！
除了一開始有冷氣問題連換兩間房，但解決以後其他都非常喜歡，瑕不掩瑜，飯店經理也很有誠意地邀請我們兩天去貴賓室享用下午茶作補償，完全沒有破壞度假心情。

总體上是一間性價比很高的酒店，雖然離市區不算近，但如果有租車的話是不會有太大問題，而且由市區過來的道路都很寬廣容易駕駛！早中酒店內活動範圍很大，有沙灘，可以在玩完水後很方便的回房間清洗。早餐也還算不錯哦！

Sport Center manager billy was friendly and helpful, always updated us on weather forcast and gave us suggestions. Water sports equipment might need an update. Overall facilities are outdated and not in good condition. Cleanliness of the room is below standard. Shuttle bus to downtown is not frequent enough (only 3 a day) and only 10 seats for entire hotel too far from city. Beach is beautiful with good view of sunset. Buffet breakfast food is just so so, in terms of quality and variety.

The resort is located 30-min drive away from the KK downtown, better rent a car. The travelling time is worthy because the resort has excellent natural environment. We saw lizards, cranes and squirrels during our stay. The garden is huge and the long beach is excellent, clear water and fine white sands. There're a lot of activities for children and family. You can easily enjoy days in the resorts. The downside is the resort is kinda old and tired. We stayed 4 nights in the renovated ocean view room, the view of the balcony is superb. In-room facilities are good, just that the shower drains slowly, and the sound-proofing of the room is not good. Renovation is undergoing. Other facilities in the resort need to be renovated like the public restrooms, etc. Breakfast is acceptable, and the environment of the restaurants are nice. Overall, with the reasonable price we paid, we have a great stay in Nexus.

Hotel staff are really nice and helping, but the rooms are too old and lack of maintenance. Buffet Restaurants are awful. Except the Sunset Bar cooks on site, so things taste good. Tourists from some places were just too loud and with no manner that really disturb my vacation.

No matter the room nor the facilities here are very nice which made us very enjoyable. Especially the driver of the departure limousine. He was really helpful once he knew we are in hurry to airport. He tried his best to rush the time that made us impressive.
However, my family and I really really wanna complain the restaurants staff. We tried two restaurants there (both provide breakfast services) but ALL the staffs’s services were bad! It seems they didn’t want to work, didn’t want to service, didn’t want to understand guests’ need. For example, breakfast buffet close at 10:00 but there were almost no food at 09:30. We ordered butter for 3 times to different staffs but no one help. Horrible experience...

入住時櫃台說押金200元,住房505元，卻一直要跟我收800元，說退房會在歸還，我整個就是不知道所以然，然後晚上泡完澡發現浴缸整個堵住無法排水，所以只好另一個人用沖澡的，晚上11點隔壁房的在看動作電影，吵死人，打了兩次電話等了半小時櫃台才派人來處理，隔天一早六點隔壁又在大聲聊天，我只好起來先吃早餐準備等他們退房再睡回籠覺，換整理房間的員工開電視吵我睡，下次絕對不會來來這裡花冤枉錢，也絕不可能介紹朋友來，

The half of the power sockets in our rooms are out of orders. Fair swimming pool and gym. Great hamburger, private beach and the outdoor cinema at night.
Noted that many facilities require extra fees, for example, we are extremely shocked that had to pay to play the snooker.
Overall, that’s poor experience.

感覺置身於大自然環境, 遠離煩囂市區,在酒店範圍內散步很寫意,另外酒店的設施也不少,房間有露台,如果住在低層,露台更大,坐在那裡喝杯飲料,看著外面的景物,是一種很好的享受
