Hotel ni sangat teruk, pump tandas yang rosak langsung tidak brfungsi, paip yang bocor, selepas buat aduan di reception langsung tiada tindakan diambil, room service pun tidak dibuat, saya yang sepatutnya tinggl 3 malam dan sudah bayar tepaksa pindah hotel lain.

Mungkin ini hotel paling teruk di tawau, bilik family room tapi pump tandas pun tidak berfungsi, selama 3 hari pump langsung tidak dibaiki, room service pun tiada, teruk betul.

Friendly staffs, car park got CCTV so customers won't have to be worried, and very strategic place to go to the restaurants or go for shopping by walk.

Staf baik, mesra dan sedia membantu secepat yang mungkin tapi dari segi kebersihan sangat buruk cadar yang kami guna belum dicuci dari pengguna sebelum kami, buktinya cadar ada kesan kotor sementara dan berbau badan orang belum mandi, pillow cover masih berbau air liur, saya dan istri rasa sangat menyesal memilih hotel ini, dan sebelum masuk bilik bau rokok kuat sangat.

The bed sheet and pillow are smelly. Most probably the room has been left idle for a while. The floor laminate also started to peel off and a bit dusty as well. This will be my first and last staying in this hotel.
