We had the most pleasant time. Staff were very accommodating. The rooms were nice and Clean! And it's easy to go around the city. The place is just at the back of a Mall. The owner was very kind to help with our needs. We will come back! Thank you

Staf nya ribet, bertele tele, pesen di traveloka malah katanya dari expedia, disuruh bayar manual lagi katanya cuma terdaftar 1 kamar padahal udah jelas 2 kamar di traveloka. kamar super kecil, gak nyaman, wc gak jelas. lokasi aja yang dekat times square

Uda pesan tp di waktu cek in petugas nya ragu ragu terima, terus belum waktu cek out sudah di suruh keluar, alasan sudah ada yg cek in kamar itu, lalu saya minta kamar pengganti, di kasih nya kamar yg WC tidak berfungsi.. Payah.

1. Kamar yang saya pesan sudah habis, tetus di tukar dengan kamar lain. Nah terus kamarnya ternyata di kamar mandi kotor, kita komplain dan dapat kamar pengganti, oke masalah kelar. 2. Kita mestinya dapat sarapan kan, kok pas kita tanya pegawainya jutek yang laki-laki, dan terus kita disuruh sarapan di kedai sebelah dikasi makan roti ala-ala orang india sarapan roti sama kuah doang dan minum teriha tarik. 3. Pegawainya terutama yang laki-laki tidak menyenangkan sama sekali. 4. Pas kita tidur. Betapa kita kaget tiba-tiba resep laki-laki itu masuk memakai kunci cadangan kamar? Terakhir itu sih yang paling fatal.

Hotelnya dekat kemana-mana, ke jalan alor pun dekat. cuma toiletnya kecil sekali ya. dudukan toilet atasnya shower, kalau mandi semua pasti becek sampai ke wastafel. Kesan pertama masuk kamar pun terasa kurang rapi tapi oke lah harga murah staff-nya ada yang gantang dan ramah.

A nice place to stay but supposedly breakfast is included but the receptionist told us they can’t provide breakfast because their staff is not coming. Not an acceptable reason

Super! Lokasi sangat strategis. Untuk hotel budget kamar sangat bersih dan nyaman. Hanya TV di semua kamar tidak ada siaran (kami memasan 3 kamar) tapi ada channel. WiFi kencang. Sangat ramah petugasnya.

We had the most pleasant time. Staff were very accommodating. The rooms were nice and Clean! And it's easy to go around the city. The place is just at the back of a Mall. The owner was very kind to help with our needs. We will come back! Thank you
