Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und professionell. Sehr schöne und sauber Zimmer ebenso angenehm ruhig –also man fühlt sich echt Privat. Besonders positiv fand ich das Frühstücksbuffet: große Auswahl, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Strand und Pool sind sehr sauber und leicht zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist weiterzuempfehlen.

We stayed at the Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa for 4 nights during late August-early September. For starters, it is a fantastic family-friendly resort and from the moment you drive through the entrance you can immediately tell why it is considered a 5-star hotel. The ambience, the look and the atmosphere are all top-notch. The rooms and grounds are spotless. We stayed in a king bed room and it was huge and very well designed. Plenty of space of our belongings and more! The pool area is perfect for both kids and adults and we loved they had a mini kid's waterpark in the kids pool! The dining options are excellent and caters for every need. The staff deliver exceptional customer service, making our stay feel special. Its beachfront location and close proximity to the international airport make it incredibly convenient. Overall we felt like we were on an amazing holiday. Highly recommend!

Includes daybed, breakfast, and in-room amenities.

Credit Card Holder must be present in the hotel and please ensure to bring along the same card that has been used for payment on your booking as it is our local Bank requirement for verification for cards used for the online transactions fees. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in.
5. Deposit: MYR 300.00 per night will be collected upon check-in. Alternatively, guests may opt to settle charges in cash based on consumption.
6. Malaysia Tourism Tax: MYR 10.00 per room, per night is imposed by the country of Malaysia and collected at the property from 1 January 2022. Permanent residents and Malaysian nationals are exempt from the tax.
8. Additional supplement charge for third person at MYR350 nett per person per day inclusive of day bed, breakfast, and room amenities (age 4 and above) for all room categories and suites excluding the family room and beachfront family room. Maximum 1 extra bed per room. The additional supplement charge for third person is not include in the room rate. To request, kindly contact hotel reservation team.
9. Hotel will be having compulsory NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER on 31st December 2025 at RM800nett per adult and RM400nett per child. The compulsory dinner charges will apply for all stays across the New Year’s Eve period (31 December 2025). Charges are included in the room rate is for 2 persons. For additional persons, the New Year Eve Gala Dinner charge will be collected upon check in.
11. From 1 January 2025, The Tourism Promotional Fee of RM10nett per room per night and RM20 per room per night during selected events such as the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace (LIMA), Ironman Langkawi, Le Tour De Langkawi and Oceanman Langkawi. This fee is not included in the reservation and will be collected from guests upon arrival.
12. Please be informed that a Tourism Tax of RM20 per room per night will be applicable during the following periods: LIMA: 20–24 May 2025 Le Tour De Langkawi: 27–28 September 2025 Ironman: 1–2 November 2025
Fruits with strong odours or staining properties—such as durians and mangosteens—are strictly prohibited in guest rooms.
Suite Room Privileges: — Complimentary The Club access for two registered guests: — Breakfast choices: American or Asian set menu at The Club or buffet at Spice Market/Pelangi Grill. — Evening cocktails (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM) and all-day refreshments (7:00 AM – 9:00 PM). — Exclusive discounts: 20% off food and beverages and 15% off spa treatments (not combinable with other offers).

美好回憶，日後有機會會再來。環境清幽舒適，大堂登記入住有welcome drink，坐著等人來幫我check in，大堂沒有冷氣但很舒適，不熱。坐電動車送我們及行李上房間，房間已經預先開左冷氣，隨後幾天都沒有關，一直開，晚上蓋被子要開大一點。之後我們去做spa，兩個人一千港幣一小時，跟香港差不多，做完spa精神曬。當晚有美麗的沙灘燭光晚餐，如要日落景色要六點入坐哦，我們晚了，七點只有少少彩霞，晚餐有點貴哦，看得出愛人很重視啦，酒店給我們升級了海景房一晚。隨後幾晚就愛人自己加錢升級了。之後幾天上午出去水上活動，下午有時間會睡下午覺，夜晚行沙灘，向東行有行多商家，向西行有酒店餐廳，我們主要向東行，因為沙灘是公眾的，行二十分鐘會去到夜市，晚餐可以這裡解決，很便宜。
注意事項：
1.如有蚊子，要用酒店提供的蚊香，不會有味道
2.要善用酒店內的免費電動車服務
3.如有昆蟲雀鳥進房，要關燈開窗或門，讓其出去
4.浴缸出水黃色，不建議使用，我用花灑出水，好像好一點，其實都黃黃的
5.有兩間早餐廳，但我們只去了一間有點可惜
6.服務員態度很好，很有誠意，有巡邏員感覺安心
7.洗水盆去水很慢很慢
8.近沙灘，一分鐘就到，到沙灘玩一定要噴蚊怕水，很多昆蟲叮咬

The hotel room and its view is nice generally, and with a private beach which is silent and comfortable. The hotel area is large and you could go anywhere in the hotel by buggy.
The cons are air-con is not that cool, and service is a bit slow when you dial to reception for just a wine opener!

We stayed at the Pelang in May 2025 for what we hoped would be a 5 star experience. But it really isn't. The staff are grear but working under no so great conditions!! The owners have really made zero effort to make this a 5 star experience we felt a bit robbed, we spent a fortune for the 4 nights we were there. The rooms were not 5 star!! It needs a upgrade, I feel like I should get a refund! The outside area and pool is really lovely, but there us no air con in the beach facing restaurant and you literally melt as you have your dinner, or birds are flying in!! We raised our concerns with management, but there was nothings they could do, they pacified us with a few snacks on drinks in their vip lounge! All in all not sure we would go back here. Feel sorry for the staff who have to put up aith all the complaints they get!. The developers have just paid zero attention to making this a luxury hotel and just done a few bits here and there to make it look like a luxury hotel for the pictures!! The rooms were basic like a premier inn back in the uk and the ac was filthy and bathroom was awful... would i come again, probably not!!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und professionell. Sehr schöne und sauber Zimmer ebenso angenehm ruhig –also man fühlt sich echt Privat. Besonders positiv fand ich das Frühstücksbuffet: große Auswahl, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Strand und Pool sind sehr sauber und leicht zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist weiterzuempfehlen.

We stayed at the Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa for 4 nights during late August-early September. For starters, it is a fantastic family-friendly resort and from the moment you drive through the entrance you can immediately tell why it is considered a 5-star hotel. The ambience, the look and the atmosphere are all top-notch. The rooms and grounds are spotless. We stayed in a king bed room and it was huge and very well designed. Plenty of space of our belongings and more! The pool area is perfect for both kids and adults and we loved they had a mini kid's waterpark in the kids pool! The dining options are excellent and caters for every need. The staff deliver exceptional customer service, making our stay feel special. Its beachfront location and close proximity to the international airport make it incredibly convenient. Overall we felt like we were on an amazing holiday. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel with everything you could ask for and more. Very friendly and caring staff, who attended to all needs with a smile. Breakfast catered for all tastes with huge variety of choices. The resort is Beautiful and we had a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely go back there in the future. We loved it there.

Big property. Beautiful beautiful beautiful pool. Great staff! Quiet when u want it to be due the size of the property and their own private beach but near enough to the busy street. I will definitely return to Pelangi resort. Looking forward already!

Pelangi Resort consists of a beautiful main building and several buildings with one or more hotel rooms in them. Ours had 8. We stayed at the first (top) floor with a view of the lake and standing on the balcony, which was spacious, we could see the sea and beach between the other buildings.
Staff were very friendly and forthcoming. The place is clean. There are three restaurants. Due to our family's preferences we chose to eat the most at the grill - with Western food. The cooks aren't too schooled in this, so don't expect the highest quality. The Asian restaurant was far better but a bit too spicy for our untrained tastebuds.
The pools are very nice and fun for kids. The private beach is beautiful.
We absolutely loved staying here.

We loved staying here, probably only 2 negative things we could comment on were the wait time to get into our room...not sure if normally like that but we got in at around 12.30 and check in was 3...was way after when we got in, I know others were waiting long. After that was amazing. Service, amenities, grounds, position. Other thing was the state of the beach...probably need someone doing a clean up each morning, wouldn't take long. Restaurants and Cafe lovely...great food, quality and variety, lovely service ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
