From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check out. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night(imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.

Room space was enough for both of us, its twin bed was also pretty big, we loved it! Nearby there were some yummy small restaurants to try, my fave one was Pín Xín (vegan restaurant). Free coffee beverage (self service) in the lobby, overall we felt satisfied enough to stay the nights here, thanks all! 🙏

I am a Tourist Guide. I booked 2 rooms for me and the driver upon realising there 's a coach bay right infront of the hotel. I requested via Traveloka as well. Unfortunately the hotel claimed that such request was not made and the bay was allowed to be used by cars from nearby workshop. As a resuly I had to book another hotel room for the driver for 2 nights which privide parking bay for the coach and I continued staying at this hotel with the other rooms remained empty.

Good price and for foodie walking location can consider good. The hotel is starting to be a bit old but still good for a comfortable stay. The receptionist girl doesn't greet and talk much. The room I got, the air conditioner was leaking water very badly. Didn't complain because I only stayed 1 night. Just got it for a good bath and sleep. Don't expect more.

First room is 116, very dirty, ants on bed, toilet, window, toilet flooring is uneven, so there always puddle of water in the toilet after shower, toilet is smelly, inside kettle is rusty, I asked to change, housekeeper brought me another kettle still rusty inside, 3rd kettle is not working, 2 male housekeepers shouted with frustration inside my room, I was shocked and told them to give me a kettle in another day, as room 116 was too smelly, I asked to change room, they changed me to room108, still run down, but slightly better, still seeing ants in the toilet, I found out housekeeper remove trash but did not change trash plastic bag, no wonder I saw trash plastic is moldy and with stains of my avocado skin, no wonder ants in the room, I also found out housekeeper did not scrub basin and toilet floor, so it was very dirty, I will not stay this hotel for the rest of my life, attitude bad, and too dirty and smelly

I asked for the upper level, they just give me 2nd floor. On 1st day we stayed there, there was a birthday celebration from local people. They sang until midnight and we didn't get coffee only 2 bottles mineral water (one of the staff said we have to choose either mineral water or coffee). 2nd day there was firework at midnight time. The hotel gave us mineral water an coffee. There is several ants found on the table. For future need improvement as well. Unfortunately we did not take any pictures at that time.

Jangan cantumkan rating sebagai hotel bintang 3, tapi ini selayak motel bintang 1! Sprei ada beberapa noda seperti cokelat/ darah, interior meja dan lemari usang, AC netes air, kamar mandi kurang bersih. Saya kapok lebih baik bayar agak mahal tapi dapat kualitas sesuai rating.

Good price and for foodie walking location can consider good. The hotel is starting to be a bit old but still good for a comfortable stay. The receptionist girl doesn't greet and talk much. The room I got, the air conditioner was leaking water very badly. Didn't complain because I only stayed 1 night. Just got it for a good bath and sleep. Don't expect more.

First room is 116, very dirty, ants on bed, toilet, window, toilet flooring is uneven, so there always puddle of water in the toilet after shower, toilet is smelly, inside kettle is rusty, I asked to change, housekeeper brought me another kettle still rusty inside, 3rd kettle is not working, 2 male housekeepers shouted with frustration inside my room, I was shocked and told them to give me a kettle in another day, as room 116 was too smelly, I asked to change room, they changed me to room108, still run down, but slightly better, still seeing ants in the toilet, I found out housekeeper remove trash but did not change trash plastic bag, no wonder I saw trash plastic is moldy and with stains of my avocado skin, no wonder ants in the room, I also found out housekeeper did not scrub basin and toilet floor, so it was very dirty, I will not stay this hotel for the rest of my life, attitude bad, and too dirty and smelly

I asked for the upper level, they just give me 2nd floor. On 1st day we stayed there, there was a birthday celebration from local people. They sang until midnight and we didn't get coffee only 2 bottles mineral water (one of the staff said we have to choose either mineral water or coffee). 2nd day there was firework at midnight time. The hotel gave us mineral water an coffee. There is several ants found on the table. For future need improvement as well. Unfortunately we did not take any pictures at that time.

Jangan cantumkan rating sebagai hotel bintang 3, tapi ini selayak motel bintang 1! Sprei ada beberapa noda seperti cokelat/ darah, interior meja dan lemari usang, AC netes air, kamar mandi kurang bersih. Saya kapok lebih baik bayar agak mahal tapi dapat kualitas sesuai rating.

Spacious room good location to Komtar and food stall water heater going well but window glasses should be cleaning and limited TV channel car park
