Customer service is not up to the standard. Not friendly. And I had to contact them multiple times to get back my deposit refund. The toilet floor mat is old and stained. My body was itchy after lying on the sofa at the living room. Otherwise, the general condition of the suite is fairly clean.

That was amazing. I have a room with a Kuala Lumpur scenery. It was an amazing saw from 28th floor. I will order this hotel again next trip.

Overall oke, cuma kami dapat unit yang tidak dikelola langsung oleh manajemen apartemen nya, jadi cekin dan cekout nya gakda reseptionist nya, by Phone semua, janjian di lobby, terpercaya walau sempat ragu penipuan karena sistem nya itu.

Awal tahun kemarin nginap di sini juga senang dan berkesan makanya pesan swiss garden lagi tp untuk yang kedua ini aku dapet kamar yang kasurnya agak keras, dan ac d kamar bocor hingga air menetes ke lantai dan lantai basah serta karpet yang biasanya ada juga ga ada. Untuk akses kemana mana dekat tp itu ga buat aku kapok nginap di sini. Next kalau ke KL lagi aku pasti nginap di sini. Semoga pelayanannya semakin baik kamarnya semakin nyaman. Thank you.

Ini ternyata chek in mandiri. Saya kurang teliti dengan penawaran ini, mungkin bagi yang sudah berpengalaman its oke tapi bagi saya yang pemula masih bingung walaupun akhirnya bisa karena membawa anak saya yang muda pintar, ini tidak memiliki receptionis sperti hotel atau apartemen lain. Jika tidak jeli bisa frustasi. Untuk kamar B aja.

Worst experience thus far! Worst host, really rude, unprofessional and slow response! Never ever booked with this host ‘Urban Suites’, find other company/ host if you wanna stay at this property. The bathroom sink, towels dirty and worn, pillows are dirty!

The curtains and sofa were filthy and dusty. When you sit, your whole body is itchy. The rest of the suite was okay, staff are friendly and I like the check in and check out method.
