房間ok, 但没有升降机而且樓梯很窄, 有大型行李就有点 麻煩, 幸好服務員會替你拿行李。

Very welcoming and central for the airport

Nice hotell, good service and restaurant at same place. 2min. walk to Beach promenade and in oposit direction a lively town.

Beautiful view and amazing experience of staying in such nice property

Harga tidak sesuai dengan kondisi kamar, lantai berdebu dan bed sheets sangat kotor jauh berbeda dengan Samann Grand Hotel di Male City. Selain itu, di Hulhumale sangat susah untuk mencari barang souvenirs dan harga nya juga sangat mahal. Saya rekomen untuk tinggal di Male City saja. Pemanas air sudah berkarat dan Shower di kamar mandi juga sudah berlumut. Breakfast hanya 2 potong roti, 2 sosis ayam dan 1 telur mata. Saya tidak rekomen untuk nginap dihotel ini.

The hotel is small and just worth the money you sent.

The location was right next to a public beach which was nice. The hotel location was not in a touristy area so it was more difficult to find a restaurant for dinner or breakfast. The continental breakfast was very basic and not great but adequate. If you’re looking for a transfer to and from the airport from the hotel, you’re on your own. The place was adequate for one night

Very helpful staff

Communication with staff at the Coconut Tree Hulhuvilla Beach was outstanding and they made staying there easy. They assisted with transfers to and from the hotel which made our stay more relaxing. The rooms and amenities (restaurant next door) were clean and adequate for our needs.

Have stayed at this hotel previously a couple of years ago before covid and it was excellent, hence booking again. This stay was dissapointing, even though we booked hotel transfers prior to arrival, upon arrival no one there to greet us, I phoned the hotel and they told me to get a taxi (although did offer to pay). Also put us in a taxi back to the airport. There's no point pre booking transfers to the hotel anymore, just save yourself the hassle and if you want to stay here arrange you own taxis, it will likely be cheaper. Staff at the hotel are OK and no complaints there. Room was a little old and worn and could do with a refresh, towels were stained and tap was loose etc. Overall I unfortunately feel the hotel standards have gone downhill in the last couple of years. There are plenty of other hotels in the area for less money and I suspect better quality. Also I have wrote an email with my feedback to the reservations team but recieved no response so assuming once they have taken your money there is no further customer service. Shame really, I hope they sort themselves out and become the hotel they once were before COVID.

Останавливались в этом отеле на 1 ночь перед вылетом домой. Двухместный номер с одной кроватью.Заселили сразу по прибытии, около 9ти утра, за что отдельное спасибо. Проживание был полностью оплачено при бронировании. При заселении взяли еще экологический сбор. Номер небольшой, чистый. Есть даже маленький балкончик со столиком и креслами, правда очень старенькими. Окно выходит на соседнее эдание, расположенное близко. Поэтому шторы приходилось держать закрытыми. Боковой вид из номера на улицу и на море. Немного шумно вечером В номере удобная кровать, есть кондиционер, чайник с принадлежностями для кофе, питьевая вода в стеклянных бутылках, телевизор. Сейф в виде незакрепленного ящичка в шкафу. Не пользовались. Вай фай медленный. В ванной комнате душевая кабинка с тропическим и обычным душем, мыло, шампунь, гель для душа. Полотенца серые. Вся сантехника исправно работала. В отеле есть ресторан, где предоставляются завтраки, можно пообедать и поужинать. У нас был только номер, без завтрака. Через дорогу от отеля есть небольшой продуктовый магазин. Недалеко расположен фруктовый рынок, торговая улица, множество различных кафе. Поблизости общественный пляж, где можно купаться одетыми. Несколько дальше есть бикини пляж. Мы не купались. Отель предоставляет трансфер в/из аэропорта, платный. В отель мы добирались самостоятельно на такси. Обратно трансфером отеля, немного дешевле. Трансфер был организован очень оперативно, как только мы были готовы. До аэропорта ехать около 15 минут.

One of the best and affordable guest house I’ve ever stayed

A lot of mosquitos in the room, it was impossible to get rid of them. No lift in the hotel. Thru put an uncomfortable extra bed in the room. The pictures does not reflect the reality.

Not a bad hotel. Steps to the beach. But hard beds. Lots of amenities. Thin walls. Overall, comfortable enough.
