this is my first time to hard rock hotel Maldives, which introduce from my friend , beside of the beauty of the hotel , the staff is not passion , the activities is not enough, and there is no decoration on my wedding anniversary !! untill i remain them twice!!

this is my second time to be Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, unfortunately this time make me a bit disappointed . The staff service getting worse, daily activities less, no daily bed decoration , especially the kid roxy zone, there is no smile on the staff when they taking care my child and look like not willing to do so. Another most important thing, this time i introduce my friend of couple to come with us who are cerebrate the wedding anniversary, the staff forgot to decoration, OMG, even i remind them on the afternoon , still forgot...and decorate it on next day . the pool side activities is less then before so much the staff is not passion compare with 4 years ago, e.g. the first time i am here which is Grant opening year, every staff smile , sometime will show you the Hard Rock hand signal , pool activities is so much more which let me fulling enjoy in it. by the way , it was one thing i was surprised, you know this my 6th wedding anniversary , and the welcome back decoration . but i dont think i will come back again... i really sorry and pity of that

Really amazing and enjoyable, will visit again. Staff in all areas provided super outstanding services. We were very pleased after we have changed our overwater villa facing the beach as it was a bit uncomfortable facing the ocean. Overall we rate this hotel 10/10.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to this time. Our experience at Hard Rock Maldives was absolutely flawless from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of—even on the morning of our 5am departure, we were surprised with a delicious breakfast delivered right to our room. A special shoutout to Ibrahim, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He was always available with a friendly smile, ready to drive us around the island in the buggy whenever we needed. The bicycles were also such a fun and relaxing way to explore the resort. And let’s not forget the food—every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. This resort truly knows how to deliver a luxury experience. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing

Hotel is very good. Just need to understand how it works. We got all included package but not all restaurants were included. Also you need to book dinner always in advance, if not you cant eat in the place. Menu is not open, you have limited options and one main course per person. Staff are very friendly. Suggest to move around walking or bicycle.
