Staff is Kaani Village & Spa are friendly. Breakfast was good as well. And very close to everything.

We happened to be "upgraded" to the sea view room in Kaani Beach Hotel. The hotel was apparently getting old with lots of minor repairs here and there to be done. But the staff there were incredibly helpful (e.g. they offered us a place in Male to temporarily store our luggage on our last day in Maldives when we would like to briefly visit the city, recommended us the best snorkelling tour so far named 'the real break', etc) and the daily breakfast was quite satisfying though the variety was limited. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Kaani Beach Hotel.

The service and stuff are great. And exclusion is valuable. It's impressive for the one day trip. Although the location is not close to beach but the swim pool is good.

第三次去馬爾代夫先前兩次住一島一飯店。服務非常出色，但今次住Maafushi居民島，換來是非常不快，很差的體驗，第一天入住登記，職員送上飲品。還沒登記完成，只喝了兩口就收回，房間門鎖及兩個插座壞的。初時以為是水煲壞了，通知員工發現原來是插座壞的。最後要用衛生間的插座煲水，第一天只提供一樽lotion，幸好我們自己有帶洗澡用品。第三天卻提供了洗頭水。第四天提供的大飲用水轉成細飲用水。只給我們二支很小的飲用水，我們只好自行買水。第六天員工打掃後，收走了2條小面巾但沒補充，本想這是小事便沒去職員提出，可是，最後一天check out時對我說少了面巾，我告知職員打掃房間後沒補充，他竟然叫我去房間檢查清楚!我有點生氣地說我肯定是沒補充，他才作罷。我感覺他是懷疑我偷了面巾嗎?心想他再糾纏就讓他檢查我的行李好了。晚上在酒店用餐，餐廳員工說如不合口味可到他們集團的Keanu beach吃自助餐。第二天晚上我們決定去吃，去前枱問可否代訂Kaani beach酒店自助餐，他們讓我們直接過去，不能在這訂枱。好吧，那可否把自助餐賬單記在Kaani village?也不可以!這是什麼連鎖酒店?退房前一天問前堂可否延遲退房，因第二天晚上撘乘九點多的航班。回復是不行，有其他客人當天要入住。那只好問可否幫忙訂船票回機場，職員指示我到碼頭旁的旅遊公司自行購買!後來我們買了下午一點的船到機場，打算十二點做退房手續，然而十一點開始他們多次要我們做退房手續，最後我們傖促收拾後在11：35讓出房間。我們每天也有放小費在床上，也換來這樣的服務!數十次去旅遊第一次感受到被侮辱!

很新的靚靚小酒店，舒適整潔，員工有禮友善。走很短路程已可看日出或日落。近碼頭方便出海活動。附近有小便利店和餐廳，島上亦有很多家很漂亮的小酒店可提供餐飲。 這所有造就了一個很好的陽光旅程！

Kaani village is the best hotel. Nice staff and great tour for us.

We had a fantastic stay at Kaani Palm Beach. Rooms are spacious, a/c works really well, good sized bathroom and a really comfortable large bed. The infinity pool on the roof is a great bonus with fantastic views, although it can get very warm in the afternoons. The Kaani sunbeds on part of bikini beach are free, and have an umbrella. The main attribute for the hotel however, is the staff. We met so many lovely members of staff, that I can't remember them all, but I would like to mention Azmeem, one of the managers who helped us when we had a problem with the room. In the restaurant, Anisur, Try, Farouk, MD Alom and Omelette man Rana (apologies for any spelling mistakes) were all absolute stars, I would like to mention more, but my memory lets me down. Would definitely love to come back to this hotel 💯

No contact with the hotel, very long response to e-mails (several days) despite paying the airport transfer fee, I had to look for a connection on my own. The photos in the offer do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are provided in another facility approximately 300m away. The meals are the same every day. There is no clothes dryer in the room, high humidity makes it impossible to dry wet swimsuits.

Great price for the hotel. We did have to walk to Kaani Palm for breakfast and dinner, probably because of low season.

We were upgraded to Kaani Palm - given renovations of Village & Spa. Very friendly staff, high service levels and great dining opportunities. Would recommend this hotel (and swimmingpool - infinity) to everybody.

Hotel does not serve breakfast as advertised you have to go to Kaani Palm hotel which is a short walk away but there is a lot of building work going on outside the hotel and some renovation inside. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard. The staff in the Palm restaurant were very friendly. My big complaint was the organisation at reception for boat trips and transfers. For some of the trips the boats were overcrowded and led to long delays leaving 90mins + late. The worst was the boat transfer back to the airport. We had booked and paid for our return trip and confirmed departure time only to be told 5mins before scheduled departure that the boat would not leave for another 2 hours. What made it worse was the receptionist then said that he had not told me the departure time which was the worst thing. Soon after my request to speak to the manager about the matter another boat was found for us !!!. It was very unprofessional the way it was dealt with.

I was upgraded to Kaani Pal Beach. The hotel is good, well located and with very good client service. The positive things: - The location - The price-quality relationship - The view from the pool - The waiters' service in restaurant - The positive attitude of cleaning people - The very professional service for tourist packages The negative issues: - Just one elevator shared with service people and clients. - Exchange rate for payments in Rufiyaas is 17 instead of bank rate of 15.4 - There are a lot of flys in the restaurant - There is not a game room or outdoor court to play something
