A large size resort with various of activities, from diving to parasailing, even kart racing. There a many reefs, in good conditional, for snorkeling. Sharks and stingray could be easily observed from beaches and villas. The buffet breakfast and lunch are in average standard, while the a la carte restaurants are better than expected. However, the shuttle service has to be improved, especially on early morning and late night.

才開業一年多的 resort, 硬件都好新淨, 好舒服, 服務配套都好好, 個個員工都好親切, 住了五天真係有家的感覺。 島都算好大, 全長三公里, 雖然出入一定要坐電動車, 但都好快有車, 又或者租單車代步又得~ 島上有成十間餐廳, 食物好好食, 全包 package 可以免費試晒全部餐廳, 非常好~ 對住個海做spa好舒服, 差一點睡著了。出海看海豚, 看日落, 大成功~ 另外 aqua Villa with jacuzzi 好正, 每天一覺醒來就跳落海浮潛。水不深, 潮漲時也只到心口高度, 而且房間對出已經有少少珊瑚石, 都有好多魚, 雖然唔係好鮮艷嗰d, 但已經好夠睇, 唔夠的話 resort 另有船出海浮潛(免費), 所以五日喺度一點也不悶!

pro: nice sea, comfortable room, polite staffs, delicious food con: quite many ants, seaplane schedule is not very flexible (though it may not be controllable by the hotel)

From beginning to end, we were completely happy, and every wish, whether spoken or unspoken, was fulfilled. This is our second time here, and we're even sadder to be leaving than we were the first time. We love Kandima, and we especially want to highlight Jalil's tireless service. Even in the sweltering heat, she always had a smile for everyone and was always willing to go the extra mile. Thanks again to Jalil and, of course, to the entire Kandima team. We hope to see you again soon!

Tout a été parfait pendant notre voyage , rien à dire ! Le personnel, l’hôtel étaient très sympathique et très bel hôtel ! Il manquait juste un peu plus d’animation et mettre le beach volley devant la piscine le breeze car il est dans un coin que personne ne voit … il y aurait plus de monde qui y jouerait :) Merci beaucoup pour notre Lune de Miel et nous espérons revenir avec grand plaisir !

We stayed in Room 519 (Beach Villa with Swirl Pool). Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to our previous visit. The swirl pool was under heavy shade, making the water very cold and unusable — especially in December. There is no heating function, so we never used it. Last year, we stayed in an overwater villa, and the swirl pool was in direct sunlight, making it enjoyable even at night. Food quality was disappointing this time. Breakfast and lunch options were repetitive, and on several occasions the chicken was undercooked and vegetables were not properly prepared. Some dishes also seemed off. The only positive was that desserts changed daily, which was nice. For an all-inclusive resort, the beverage offering was very limited. Many cocktails, mocktails, iced coffees, and even hot chocolate were frequently out of stock at both pools. Entertainment was also limited. Activities like go-karting and jet skis were excluded, despite being marketed as part of the resort experience. Overall, this stay did not match our previous experience or the expectations of a premium all-inclusive resort.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub. Das Essen in allen Restaurants war super. Das Personal freundlich, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite. Die Insel ist weitläufig und wunderschön grün. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen!

It’s a scam I strictly do not recommend this place money grabbers they will steal money from you also they make up rules and charge guests more money when you arrive it is also falsely advertised the staff are very rude and pretend to be friendly whilst trying to steal money from you they will refuse you checking in and then try to force you to get money from family member across the other side of the world I do not recommend this place to anyone

The Rooms were great. The buffet was not 5 star with little bespoke cooking as per other resorts ive been to in Maldives. Male staff mostly seem disinterested and slow. Females are great. Smoke, staff and food was great. Entertainment bsnds were average to poor . Philippino duo however were excellent. Management never seem to interact with guests. Seemed aloof . Lovely location but not really 5 star.

Great over water villa. Views. Pool. Resort lovely and lush. All female staff great. Many male staff seem disinterested. Play staff good and diving great. Manager needs to talk to guests. Not sure it is 5 star Resort but was very good

People should know the full picture before booking Kandima, because the low price can be misleading. To get there, you need a domestic flight arranged by the hotel, costing $450 USD per person. Commercial flights exist, but their schedules don’t match well, and you still have to take a bus and boat afterward. For the return, they almost always book the 6am flight, so expect to be leaving your room at 3am, losing valuable vacation time. The island looks nice, but the service was frustrating. Staff smile, but they also entered our room without warning—even with the Do Not Disturb sign up—and called us multiple times for unimportant reasons. The water is pretty, but the beach is extremely rocky, especially by the Aqua Villas, and the lagoon is so shallow that you can barely get past your knees. There’s only one small market, and the restaurants are very expensive, with everything in USD. Since you have no other dining options, they take advantage of it. We experienced constant attempts to charge extra, from tips already included to ignoring discounts unless we insisted. My honest advice: choose a resort closer to Malé. It might cost more initially, but you’ll avoid the travel hassle and likely have a better stay.

There are also ongoing attempts to charge extra, from unnecessary tips (already included in the bill) to avoiding pre-applied discounts unless you ask. If you’re considering the Maldives, I strongly suggest choosing a resort closer to Malé. It may cost more upfront, but it will save time, reduce stress, and likely offer a better overall experience.

Lovely island resort, with stunning beach and house reef for snorkelling. Lovely room with great access to the beach. Great food and service. Great trips at aqua Center and cast away dining. Just loved the resort
