到達馬累後，在機場等了很久，司機才來接送。而酒店樣貌也與圖片不符，說是海境房，但房內窗也沒有。加上位置偏僻，附近都是地盤，晚上附近很黑暗。

發送的資料有錯, haven't any sea view.

with A/C set as cold as possible, the room was still warm. shower head did not attach to the holding pole, so had to hold the shower head while showering. breakfast option was not great.

I was trying to coordinate pick up times for the airport transfer via the chat feature on Hotels.com and they were very unresponsive. They mentioned once they would coordinate with my other hotel for boat arrival and they never contacted them. I had my hotel reach out to them and was advised of my arrival and nobody was there. I learned the hard way that there's an information desk at the airport that will contact the hotel for you for them to pick you up. Needless to say, I waited at the airport for 45 min for my ride. My bathroom window wood not shut so I kept smelling cigarettes and the bed was hard as a rock.

Very good flight

This hotel is perfect for an affordable stay near the beach. The staff was very friendly. Although the pictures do not reflect the current state of the rooms (the rooms are not as updated or large as the pics show), the AC works great, they make sure to get you to and from the airport, and the breakfast was good.

The photos online and the property are NOT the same. The super deluxe room was miserable. No windows/ sunlight, dingy, the towels were crusty (sun dried vs in dryer), the bath mats were dirty and our one side of "king bed" (two twins pushed together) had stains. We saw a spider and what looked like it's next meal, a cockroach. The rooftop photos versus what is there is not true. Pictures show a fun dining experience but reality is 3 chairs scattered about. There are no activities sponsored by the hotel otherwise suggested on their Instagram/site. There is also no elevator however the only plus was the staff was helpful and took care of our luggage. The beach is across the street, but there is no "hotel guest" spot. It is a public beach with enforced local laws, ie. no bikinis, shorts with bathing suits. Also bring your own beach towels because the hotel does not provide although they did let us use the bath towels. There are no lounge chairs at the beach either. We stayed here for 1 night before our flight home.

The size of the room was small but the rest was perfect.

Transfer to hotel/airport included. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Rooms not very clean. I think they had a crazy busy period but I stayed in 2 rooms and neither were ver clean. Beachfront property, and seaview rooms were nice. No elevator/lift but staff carries luggage to your room. Food in restaurant/ room service very good.

This is a best defined as a guest house than a hotel. With bare minimum in all aspects room, breakfast and other aminities.

A small but nice hotel right on the beach near the airport. Breakfast good and tasty, staff helpful and dedicated. I recommend.
