明明是非吸煙房，但由酒店大堂、走廊、房間內全是超燶煙味，完全不能接受

前台人非常非常有禮貌 請旅客沙發坐著等辦手續 服務員拿濕毛巾和飲料請旅客使用 簽名時還會把單據遞至沙發前請旅客簽名。行李員非常小心翼翼的把行李推進電梯和房間。房間還有個小陽台 很可愛。

Cons: Tub is clogged, we showered and water accumulates in tub and takes long time to drain. Theres a foul smell in the washroom no idea where its coming from as it is clean .. it would seem coming from floor drain. Hair dyer is dead. Noise in hallway and next room is easily heard inside the room and can be irritating at night. I knocked the wall at one point to call attention of guests next room to stop knocking sound whatever he is doing in the middle of the night Safe is unusable and we were told the previous guest locked it out. Pros: Staff are very friendly .. Lily in front desk and Feroz are very helpful. Made our stay as comfortable as they can. AC is working fine. Room is overall clean. Location is close to shopping ,restaurants and commute.

It was clean and comfortable as well as conveniently located. The staff was nice and very helpful. The restaurant weren’t so great despite the amazing service provided by the server. The room has a tiny balcony that gives you some fresh air despite a chair not fitting there. The room is basically equipped.

Location convenient But noisy in the evening with the traffic noise coming through the windows

Good welcoming, free breakfast! Minibar is not free (I did not know that, so we had to pay for it before checkout).

Dieses Hotel war optimal für uns. Für 1 Nacht: Preis-Leistung stimmt total. Sauberkeit, naja, für diesen Preis erwarte ich nicht mehr. Die Angestellten wissen über alles Bescheid und sind sehr, sehr, seeeeehr hilfsbereit, da wir eine Lokalferry wollten für den nächste Tag, bekamen wir die perfekte Hilfe. Für 1 Nacht würde ich wieder hierhin gehen.

The most noisy and filthy hotel I have ever stayed at. Only positive, it is a 5 min walk to the airport ferry

One night stay. Service was great! (They helped us print some documents at the front desk). Very basic, small room (with a weird odor in the bathroom). AC was strong and cold. Elevator was “out of service for maintenance” during our checkout time (on a weekday morning). So we had to walk to the third floor several times. And. Our key didn’t work - so that required an additional trip up and down three flights of stairs. Pro tip: Hotel is very convenient (three minute walk) to the ferry to the airport. (It was about $.80 each to take the ferry, and very easy)

Located near water taxi service to airport. Dining on site fair. Staff excellent. No bath soap in rooms

The staff at the reception was great. But..no airport pick-up, we were initially given a lower category room than we had booked - and had confirmed. Room service failed twice, the hotel was under renovation without anyone telling us in advance. We might have chosen a different hotel had we known that. The room had quite insufficient lighting. It was not possible to read in bed. The breakfast was good. The location was also good, although you can not get to the entrance by car. One good detail is that you can leave the electricity on in your room while you are out. So you can recharge your devices and come back to a cool room.

Rooms were nice; small but clean and decent for a nights stay. The bathroom and toilet have no barrier (Eastern style). The hotle also does not provide any pickup or dropoff. The checkin took longer than most other places.

Great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Need to check the bills that they provide. Got my food bill wrong 3 times ( had only 3 meals there ).

There is a nightclub / very loud bar on the upper floor. My rooms was on the 5th floor. I arrived at 11pm and had to leave by 4:30am to catch a connecting flight and the live band / DJ on the roof felt like it was in my room. Unacceptable loud with no management if my expectation before hand. Also no hot water in this hotel - Not like I need a hot shower in Maldives but luke warm at least would have been nice.

EXCELLENT HOTEL. FRIENDLY STAFF AND CLEAN ROOMS AND A GREAT BREAKFAST. BUT THE MINIBAR WAS RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE. $5 for a small coke.
