You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: USD 20000.0 per stay
• Christmas Eve (24 December) Gala Dinner per adult: USD 475.00
• New Year's Eve (31 December) Gala Dinner per adult: USD 835
• A tax is imposed by the city: USD 6 per person, per night

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. The private island can be reached by seaplane. Standard round-trip is USD 840 per adult (12 years and above) and USD 420 per child (2-11 years old). Chartered one-way trip is USD 8111 per regular seaplane of maximum 14 persons. Rates are subject to 12% TGST and 10% service charge. Seaplane transfer rates are subject to change without prior notice.
