White Sand Lodge

We arrived in maafushi at 23/11/2019 and stay at sand white hotel. First day check in we found that one of the towel got big hole. So we make a complain to the hotel. That night after dinner the hotel owner by the name of Fox promise to us to have free dinner next night due to towel case. For the same night my wife also discuss with Fox for snorkeling trip including he offer 2 night dinner for free. Sound very good, unfortunately the next morning when we want to pay for the trip by credit card because we not enough cash in Dollar. But he do not have a credit card machine. So, we cancelled the trip that Fox's offered and join another snorkeling trip. The worse part Fox didn't keep his promise to give dinner due to the hole on the towel. Then, after we came back from snorkeling, he was unhappy & looking at us with bad attitude. For the rest of 3 night we stay at Fox hotel, he never bother us and never say hai' even we always meet him at the reception area. We felt very disappointed like that we were not existed.We pay for the stay, we don't stay for free.. Its true that many bad comment of these hotel but we intends to stay,just want to know how bad is the other comments and now we know that the truths is there.. Conclusion, not recommended to stay or else you will disappointed.
