We had a lovely stay overall. The location is absolutely amazing — close to everything and with fantastic views. The space itself is very spacious, full of charm, and the rooftop terrace is truly epic. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. That said, the property could use a bit more maintenance. The showerhead was loose and leaky, and the outdoor seat cushions were unfortunately quite dirty and ripped, which took away from the otherwise beautiful terrace experience. It was also a bit inconvenient that some of the appliances were EU versions while the plugs were UK — we had to keep swapping our kettle and iron using one adapter. For something described as a “penthouse,” we expected these small details to be better thought out

We had a beautiful, clean and comfortable room with balcony on the Piazza, just lovely. Of course the Piazza is noisy and animated but we knew that and it didn't bother us or kept us from enjoying our stay. But be aware that if you stay in this beautiful hotel, it's something to consider. Breakfast is offered at the restaurant across the square. Very basic. Had breakfast there the first morning but chose to go elsewhere after that. Not bad... just not what we were in the mood for I guess.

Really liked the room and the location. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night so be aware that your sleep may be very interrupted from people in the bars in the square below. The air conditioning acted like "white noise" so I found the use of that helpful. The one thing that let this place down for me was breakfast. For breakfast you have to go to a bar in the square (the worst looking bar) and you have to pick your breakfast from a hotel only menu where the choices are fairly limited. On the second morning of our stay we were presented with our toasties on one plate (there were two of us) and were not given any cutlery. We had finished our toasties before any of our drinks arrived. The bar seemed very chaotic, serving many other bar orders in the square and this slightly ruined what is a great accommodation offering as you are left not feeling like the priority to others visitors that are waiting to be seen. If the breakfast offering was improved, this hotel would be on to a winner!

The room is comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. It offered a great view of the square and was well placed for a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The breakfast at the bar opposite was terrific with hot or cold options. The check in was a joke!! Two phone numbers neither one answered. Could not contact Expedia to help. Fortunately the staff at the bar opposite helped us and managed to get us in. No contact at all from the owner before or after. A very stressful experience after a long day's travel.

We had top room, great views of the bell tower. Enjoyed breakfast and had a great stay. The best location on the vibrant Georges square.

Good experience. Only one thing was that all the streets were closed as there was the village feast so we could not access by car.

Très bon week-end. Hôtel situé sur la plus belle place de la ville ! Gozo est fantastique. Chambre et bâtiment avec beaucoup de charme . Le petit déjeuner n’est pas vraiment local; ce serait un plus de proposer des pâtisseries locales . Attention l’accueil se fait au restaurant d’en face , et il est très dur de se garer . Après l’avoir expérimenté , je recommande le bus sur l’île .

È nella più bella piazza di Victoria, vicino al capolinea dei bus, stanza ampia con balcone sulla piazza. Camera molto bella con bagno e doccia comodi. Colazione sostanziosa nel vicino bar dove si fa il check out

I would have liked the option to choose between salty or sweet breakfast.

A super hospitable place. Everything is spot on. Really comfortable rooms, super breakfast with loads of choice. Absolutely brilliant honesty bar terrace which was really social, sorry the spa wasnt available but it didn't detract too much from a wonderful stay. Thank you soo much.

The only comment I would say that maybe negative is the fact that church bells go off randomly for no reason that we can understand day and night

Absolutely love this place. Everything was beautiful and extremely convenient to visit in Gozo. Will definitely be going back to stay.

Hotel was really clean and that was the only plus point. Minus points: -really loud (construction) -really loud (other hotel guests) -really loud (room 5 has an extra construction for the toilet and bathroom for room 4 so we felt like we were sleeping in the bathroom for room 4. We could hear everything, every time they went to the bathroom!) toilet for room 4 is on the left when standing in front of the bed in pictures. -towels weren’t changed. But after we asked for new towels on the 2nd day, they mentioned that old towels should be thrown on the floor to be changed and not put in the bathtub. -only got one small packet of shower gel and shampoo per person daily. -breakfast was in one of the restaurants owned by the hotel. Rabbit or Piazza. Very extremely bad and slow service. Our coffee order didn’t come on the second day and when we asked, we were told they only have one barista. Many people complaining and leaving after a long wait. One service staff managing all 3 restaurants. The taste and quality of food and drinks were good but not worth the dirty restaurant and lack of staff. DONT BOOK BREAKFAST if you want to have a nice stay! Glad we left after 3 nights of barely getting sleep!

Super zentral gelegen! Von der Dachterrasse konnten wir direkt auf die Plazza und die tolle Kathedrale schauen. Toll!!! Zimmer war groß und sauber, ebenso Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Das sog. B&B liegt in einem sehr alten Haus und es gibt sogar einen Fahrstuhl. Frühstück wird im gegenüberliegenden Restaurant serviert. Dafür steht eine kleine Menükarte zur Verfügung. Vielleicht etwas bescheiden aber okay. Sehr freundliches Personal! Koffer können nach dem Check out deponiert werden, was für uns sehr hilfreich war. Kirchenturmgeläut muss man mögen oder Oropax benutzen 😉

Wonderful & charming place. Perfect location in the middle of Old Victoria Town. Mélana was especially pleasant and professional. Room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Loved all the café’s downstairs too. Much recommended!

Lovely quaint B & B in St. George Square. Room was large bright and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Bed&Breakfast in the heart of Victoria

Great location in vibrant St. George Square although it includes hourly ringing bell from nearby church. Very close to Citadel as well. We had huge penthouse with large outdoor patio. Would definitely return here on next Gozo visit.
