Muy céntrica, excelente ubicación, limpia y agradable, espacios cómodos y acogedores, el aire acondicionado un poco pequeño para el lugar, pero en general todo muy bien.

Perfekt beliggenhet i Valletta. Kort gåtur fra busstasjonen. Nært til alt. God plass, med kjøkken og spisebord, stue/soverom, bad og en liten balkong. Velfungerende AC. Rent og ordentlig. Stille og rolig på natta.

Location was great to walk around Valetta. Close to main tourist attractions.

Super Good Location and Very Clean Apartment

WE have been fortunate enough to have stayed at over 100 properties using Hotels.com over the last ten years. This is the first negative review we have submitted. The manager Cliff is unbelievably rude and incapable of holding a civil conversation! My wife accidentally broke a mirror in the bathroom mistakenly thinking it was a shaving cabinet with storage behind. I attempted to contact Cliff and on the fifth call he finally picked up and proceeded to advise that if the mirror wasn't paid for in full by 2pm the next day we would be evicted with no refund. He stated that he had received approval from Hotels.com for this course of action which was blatantly untrue. After stating that my wife must have been insane (yes insane) for assuming that a bathroom with no other storage could possibly have a shaving cabinet, he proceeded to rant and rave. It got to the point that I placed my phone on loud speaker so that the friends we were with could hear the tirade, at the end of which he hung up. They were dumb founded. A quick search on the manufacturers website showed that the mirror, which was connected to mains electricity, had been installed incorrectly. I'm sure that the new mirror which we did end up paying for has been installed to manufacturers specifications. There are hundreds of options for accommodation in the nearby area. There are also many fantastic management operations in the area that any owner should consider instead of this buffoon!

Excellent property perfectly located.

Pleasant stay in a nicely renovated Maltese house with a traditional balcony and in a perfect location. Very clean. Communication efficient but minimal.

Excellent location only down side was the balcony window was overlooked by the barraka garden walkway and if informed of this may have had second thought Room was adequate for us and the bed was very very comfortable

Appartement agréable et bien situé. Un peu bruyant car pas de double vitrage. Manque de commidité dans la salle de bain, aucune tablette pour poser ses affaires. Le tarif pour le taxi à partir de l'aéroport est de 17 €.

très bel appartement super bien placé, proximité centre ville et jardins Barrakka. Très propre et confortable. Un seul petit bémol pour qq équipements manquants : (un petit meuble ou au moins 2 tablettes dans la salle de bain pour poser affaires personnelles et un crochet accroche vetements dans sdb) dans cuisine, un petit set de sachets sel et poivre serait le bienvenue) sinon tout était parfait

Clean modern apartment with a super comfy bed. The location is great -- a quarter mile from the cathedral/grand master's palace in one direction and a quarter mile from the bus station so that you can sightsee other parts of the island. Everything worked (internet, TV, appliances, lift). Maid service every day. Mostly a quiet neighborhood except when there was an outdoor concert at the Barrakka Gardens at the weekend. We felt very safe. The only downside is the actual location is down a small side street and looks unprepossing -- the taxi driver from the cruise terminal didn't know the address so had to call, plus sometimes the street is blocked off for cars (much of Valletta is pedestrianized). Oh, plus I'd like to see a grab bar in the shower (I'm a senior with poor balance).

Its a lovely set up right next to the Barrakka gardens. No self laundry on site but there is some nearby. Not all rooms have roof access.

Eine ausgezeichnet gelegene und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation, unproblematischer Check-in. Etwas spärlich eingerichtet, auch die Matratze sollte erneuert werden.

It was a very Nice stay

The suites are nicely located not far from the city gates, bourse, and ferry lift but yet in a quiet area, so it’s a good base for Valletta and beyond. It’s a couple short blocks away from car access, FYI. The property is well put together, functional, and updated. Comfortable. The host Cliff was easy to reach with questions s before and during our stay, and he graciously helped us out when our flight got cancelled and we had to update the stay at the last minute. The suites are self-catering like an apartment rental but they do make the beds and clean each day like a hotel. The kitchenette has everything you need except a way to make coffee, like a moka pot. There is a water boiler if you use instant coffee. There is also a Nespresso machine, but Nespresso pods are near impossible to find in Valletta or neighboring Floriana. They will sell you pods for €0.60 each if you arrange in advance — a hassle. Also, the Expedia listing says laundry facilities are available, which is misleading. You can’t do your own laundry there; either you arrange with housekeeping to do it at €2 per item or go a few blocks away to the laundromat on St Pawl. The description should be fixed to not imply you can do laundry onsite as is typical of apartment rentals.
