Good in all respects

Much better than expected. Bedding was very comfortable and room very clean

Hotel needs refurbishing totally , especially bathrooms and furniture, there really outdated .

Séjour plaisant! La piscine sur le haut de l’immeuble et la chambre était un peu désuet mais pour le reste c’étais bien! Bon service ! Le déjeuner était bien aussi ! La location était parfaite car plusieurs choix de restaurants au alentours!

Hotel vraiment Sympa, très bien placé, un peu difficile de se garer cependant, la piscine est agréable (ferme a 19h), le personnel au top, le petit déjeuner vraiment varié Le seul truc qui m'a gêné : il n'y avait pas de bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre, pensez à en acheter a côté, l'eau du robinet ne se boit pas

Beach View was great we had a Seaview room, room cleaned every day, staff friendly

It’s a very dated hotel but staff are friendly, hard working & helpful. The breakfast is standard & could be improved.

Dated hotel with the most atrociously uncomfortable beds. Add to that the most useless staff and it was not a good experience. I got stuck in a downpour on my rented scooter and soaked to the bone…I asked if there were dryers I could use to dry my cloths and shoes as I would need the shorts and shoes the next day and was told no. I asked for paper towels to stick in my shoes to try to have them dry out by morning, they said they didn’t have any (they did, I found some in the lobby bathroom). Honestly one of the worst hotel stays of all time.

Stayed for 6 nights 11-16 September 2025. Overall extremely pleased. Excellent location in Malsaform, right on the bay. Had a bay view room on 4th floor. Cleaned daily, all staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and do the job. Breakfast was buffet style and lots of choice.

Staff at this Hotel are lovely, they’re friendly, helpful & courtesy. The hotel itself is dated & the breakfast could be improved.

Personnel souriant, sympathique. Literie un peu dure. Bon hôtel en face de la mer.

Veldig harde senger, burde vært gjort noe med svømmebassenget. Helt ok frokost, ser også at det hadde ikke gjort noe om de hadde pusset opp litt. Var veldig mange spisesteder rundt hotellet som var bra, og de låner ut håndklær til stranden super bra.

Uima-altaan pohja oli kupruinen. Palvelut lähellä ja helppo kulkea paikasta toiseen lähiyhteyksien sujuvuuden takia. Ympäristöstä löytyi upeita uimapaikkoja. Ystävällinen palvelu. Marsalfron on upea rannikko paikka. Gozo osottautui upeaksi saareksi.

From the outside hotel looks nice and location is perfect. Personnal at the desk was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was ok but nothing exceptionnal. The problem was the room. First bathroom is very narrow, tiles on the floor were not installed properly and finally, water pressure in the shower was almost inexistent. Air conditionning in the room was noisy and didn’t work properly, we had to activate the ceiling fan to be cooled down. We rented this room for 2 nights but left after one eventhough it wasn’t reimbursable. Very disappointing.

Beautiful experience. Excellent location, breakfast and service. Bathtub and curtains however, need maintenance / mending respectively. Thanks. I will definetely revisit.
