We rented the studio with balcony. Overall good, some details could be improved (like leaking kettle or leaks from the shower). The balcony is really enjoyable, sunset view and overlooking a courtyard. Also parking is not so easy, even if there are possibilities in the street, due to the parking rules in Malta. Breakfast is ok but not very furnished. The cleaning lady is adorable and helpful. There is a school nearby and a carpentry, it can be a little noisy in the morning. The owner is very responsive by WhatsApp

Really nice lodgings and nice owner! I will stay again next time I visit Malta. I love Rabat as a location too. Very happy and recommended.

This hotel is quite old in itself, small bed and the way the sheets are put on is not right (fitted sheet). The rooms are not warm, they look like a student residence. Small shower with very impractical shower door. The cleaning staff is not respectful in the morning, shouting in the corridor as from 8am. Well, enough for two days but not worth the price.

Perfect place to stay, very close to everything. Nothing fancy but a clean, affordable place to lay your head down at night. Perfectly acceptable.

Fantastic hotel in the amazing town of Rabat. Short walk to convenience store to get essentials, food, bread ,wine etc. It is also a short walk, about 15 minutes to the wonderful town of Mdina. The room itself, room 203, was wonderful with air con, fridge, oven, nice bathroom with shower and large comfortable bed and a sofa. Also a small table and chairs and a large wardrobe for your clothes. A breakfast is served for free each morning and consists of meats, cakes, cereals and bread. The roof terrace just outside is amazing to sit in and eat your breakfast. Rooms are cleaned each day to a high standard. I would definitely go back to Estrella lodging I'm in Malta again. Thank you for a wonderful experience . 😀

Notre hôte Mariosa très sympathique et de bons conseils, guesthouse bien entretenue, chambre spacieuse, petit désagrément cette chambre 102 au premier étage est un peu sombre (au fond d’un puits de lumière), mais pour dormir pas trop d’importance.

Room not as expected and told this was upgrade, we booked balcony with furniture and city view we could see lite dome of St Pauls oh no Room for furniture on balcony, breakfast tray didn't work for us i ate in the square at restaurants, i didn't see a breakfast area, and definitely no sound proofing, shower cubicle doors, shower floor no mat very slippery

Very comfortable and excellent value, and Mariosa was very welcoming and helpful. The perfect place to stay to visit all the amazing antiquities of Rabat and Mdina.

La signora che gestisce la struttura è veramente molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è molto buona e c'è sia dolce che salato. La posizione della struttura è ottima per poter girare facilmente Malta. All'interno dell'edificio sarebbero un po' da ristrutturare le stanze, e rendere una migliore insonorizzazione delle stesse, perché purtroppo ci sono ospiti non molto civili che disturbano a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte.

Etablissement très agréable, bien situé, calme, chambre refaite à neuf dans un style moderne et sobre, très propre, et la gérante est très gentille. Bref, un très bon séjour.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato all'Estrella per una settimana. Inizialmente non eravamo per nulla "ben disposti" in quanto, la settimana prima di partire, abbiamo scoperto che, per un errore della proprietaria, non avremmo avuto l'appartamento prenotato ma solamente una semplice stanza, senza possibilità dunque di cucinare in autonomia. (peraltro questo disservizio è stato "liquidato" da Expedia con 50€ di rimborso.. discutibile..) A parte questa cosa che ci ha molto infastidito, non possiamo assolutamente parlar male della struttura: nuovissima, ben tenuta, sempre pulita e profumata, la stanza spaziosa e ben curata, colazione buona (anche se non agli standard italiani), ottima posizione lontana dal rumore e dalla confusione di certe zone dell'isola, vicina alla Mdina che io giudico la parte più bella in assoluto di Malta, ideale per tranquille passeggiate serali. Insomma, disguido iniziale a parte, possiamo essere soddisfatti del soggiorno senza alcun dubbio.
