Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel rundum genossen! Das Personal war von der ersten Minute an sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Service an der Rezeption und im Restaurant – hier fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders angenehm fand ich das bequeme Bett (Penthouse).
Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal – zentral, mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Room felt neglect, ants were running around in my room, I wasn't informed that next door site they do work so they woke me up every single morning 6.50am.... looks like you get what you pay for. Roof pool was empty as apparently its winter, well no mention of that either.

Monter et descendre depuis le 10 ème étage, c'était pas la meilleure expérience.
En 4 jours les linges n'ont pas été changé et il y avait des linges pourune personne sachant que nous etions 2!

There is a lot of building working going on all over Malta …. It was a mission trying to find a quiet spot, the hotel did there best for us and gave us a room on the 9th floor…. With a great view 😍

Ray greated us very friendly and we were able to check in early
Room was clean and bed and pillows verh comfy,
Bathroom area in bedrokm but plenty of room
Shower hot ivwasnt jern on the rainfall shower head but that is personal choice
Breakfast ok but limited
Grace off reception was very friendly
and helpful
Rooftop pool small about 2mx4m
With 6 sunbed but sun doesn't really get to that area of roof.
Great location easy walkable to lisds of bars and restaurant.
A little noisy at the weekend but didnt disturb sleep.
It did have a balcony but very small

Nuestra experiencia ha sido agradable, el personal de recepción como es Grace y sus compañeros han sido siempre muy amables y atentos. Recomendaría mejorar la limpieza dado que las sábanas no se cambian con bastante regularidad. La cama podría mejorarse dado que es cómoda pero no del todo si pasas más de 3 o 4 días de estancia. En la zona de piscina las hamacas se encontraban rotas y en mal estado, podría mejorarse. Necesitan cambiar las ventanas y hacerlas insonorizadas, dado que de noche suele ser una zona de fiesta y es imposible dormir algunas noches por el ruido.

The staff were polite and the cleaning was fine. The rooms are very loud - both loud noise from the street and from other rooms and floors constantly. Climate control was malfunctioning regulary. The basin of the shower was close to falling apart. Bright lamp that cannot be switched off on the balcony.

Well located hotel close to many restaurants and clubs, despite this you could get a really good nights sleep with no disturbance from outside. The room we got initially had broken AC but the staff quickly rectified this by changing our room. The shower is also in the room itself, there’s no separate bathroom as I was travelling with my partner it was fine but avoid if travelling with friends.
