Nice pool area and decent breakfast.

We only stayed one night. We were spending the time with family visiting from the UK. We live in Malta, but have long weekends in local hotels. The Santana is among the top 5.

They couldn't find my booking, and I had to wait for almost 2.5 hours and then ended up paying for the night. I had to wake up early and got a refund for the first night after 2 days. I had to ask for compensation so they upgraded my room. After being in the room, I observed several bugs. Some of the staff was also rude.

Unfortunately we didn't realise the room we have booked it was very small (the door didn't open because of the bed, there was no space to walk around the bed). The bathroom was very small and damp, no balcony, only a small window. The window was pointing towards the inner garden terrace which had karaoke, loud music and loud conversations.

Not the best. Wouldnt stay here again.avergae. was clean and locaiton ok. Some good bits but overall not the best. Compare some other places

Good space in the room

This property is dated and is in need of a refurbishment. The in house singing and quiz nights are extremely loud and terrible. The breakfast and dinner buffets are not great.

Friendly hotel near amenities and shops, plenty of choice at breakfast but could do with food being a bit warmer ., fruit juice is terrible.. otherwise a very pleasant stay.

This was good quality stay at a good price

Our third stay here and as good as previously. Although the bus station is so near and convenient the hotel is in a quiet location. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Room had everything we needed. Particularly liked the room lighting. Often hotels have bedroom lighting too dim to read by. Reception staff very helpful.. Will stay again.

All the staff were excellent, extremely helpful, polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I used the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and had 2 massages all very good. The food was excellent. The hotel was very clean everywhere, well maintained, i would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Well done a very enjoyable stay

Nice hotel, facilities, breakfast and staff. Could do with an updated bathroom as looking a bit tired. Great price as out of season.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, à 2 pas des stations de bus. Il y a de nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Le personnel est sympa, les chambres bien équipées et propres. La piscine intérieure est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.

A nice well maintained hotel. We had hired a car so the free car park opposite was a bonus. Near to many restaurants, breakfast at the hotel was good. Roof top bathing area with a pool was super, if cold, just what you needed in the heat. Room was nice and clean but bed a bit hard.

We really enjoyed our stay at Santana. I came on my own with my 2 children and felt really safe. The hotel staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent and location was perfect for wandering around or getting buses.

Nice breakfast , great staff

Great location for the bus station and reastaurants nearby. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and the breakfast buffet has something for all tastes and food cultures. However, the lack of air condition meant that our room temperature was a constant 25 degrees which was way too warm for a comfortable night's sleep. With traffic noise and Saharan dust outside, sleeping with the balcony door open wasn't really an option. The hotel lent us a fan which helped somewhat but as a 4 star hotel we thought air conditioning came as standard but clearly not.

Riguardo alla struttura ,purtroppo nel periodo in cui siamo stati ospiti,la piscina interna con iacuzzi ,non era disponibile cosi non ne abbiamo potuto usufruire,quanto nel pacchetto era inclusa. Riguardo al transfert prenotato e pagato con voi,per l'andata e stato regolare,ma per il trasporto all'aereoporto,il taxi e arrivato alle ore 15,00 mentre doveva venire alle ore 18,00,in quanto il volo era per le 20,45,cosi abbiamo dovuto pagare nuovamente un taxj chiamato dall'hotel,!
