Very helpful staff all round. Margaret took time to speak with us and made our 35th marriage anniversary special by sending us a surprise cake.
The premises was great and cannot be faulted. While there was water failure which was no fault of the establishment and rain on that specific day, I still look beyond that and is objective with the overall service which we rate as excellent

Only downfall was the shower door didnt block the water from coming out so we always had water pooling on the floor...

5 verdiente Sterne 🌟
Angefangen bei der Begrüßung und dem kompletten Service im gesamten Hotel, man merkt einfach ganz deutlich in was für einem Haus man ist. Waren davor in einem 4 Sterne Hotel und der Unterschied war deutlich. Das Zimmer ist absolut leise, schallisoliert und man hat alles was man braucht.
Kostenfreie Tiefgarage und ein hervorragendes Frühstück. Bestnoten! Lediglich die Umgebung gefällt mir wenig, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Riesige Baustellen und Ballermann Style Lokale ums Eck, von all dem bekommt man aber im Hotel nichts mit.

I had one of my best experiences at Hyatt Regency in Malta. Fantastic service, great staff and an overall wonderful experience. Special mention to Lorenzo and Victor who were the main reasons for my great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Hyatt Regency next time I’m in Malta!😊

Excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel has a lovely exterior and the service was absolutely brilliant attentive, friendly, and professional throughout. I’m really glad I made the right choice. The food was delicious and clearly prepared with care. I would happily recommend this place and would definitely return.

Spotless hotel, very friendly staff, great location
If you are planning on having a sleep when you check in let them know. They called us to check the room was all fine and were happy, which is great in principle but having been up since 3am woke us up as was having a sleep before going out for dinner
