Nothing was wrong with the room but all breakfast plates were dirty, amazing spa staff but cockroaches on the floor and very limited dining options

Schönes Hotel sauber War alles top wir kommen wieder

Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Aufzug, sodass man ab und an Geräusche hörte. Es war sehr dunkel, kaum Sonnenlicht, und der Balkon viel zu klein – bei diesem Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Der Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls enttäuschend: keine geschlossenen Duschkabinen, defekter Wasserspender, nur sieben Liegen im Indoor-Pool, Fitnessbereich winzig, keine Snacks oder Tee. Der Indoor-Pool war mit 1,40 m nur sehr flach, der Outdoor-Pool ebenfalls klein und seicht. Hinzu kam ein Ausfall der Wasserversorgung an einem Abend, ohne Information. Insgesamt entspricht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Wirklich schade – von Hyatt hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Mehr Schein als Sein!

The view from the balcony was non existent which was a shame as many rooms have great views. Was a disappointment given we were there for 4 nights

Very amazing

Great location, views, service, room. Food was amazing and bar staff extra friendly and great service. The bed was so comfy it was hard to get out of bed. Housekeeping was meticulous with cleanliness. Shower water pressure was amazing I didn’t miss a thing while there. Everything was provided.

Whilst I wasn’t fussed on the St Julians area, the hotel and staff were first class. One of the best hotels I have stayed in a long time.

We (couple, 26) stayed in a piazza view room for a week and cannot recommend the hotel enough. Our room and the hotel in general was spotless and the cleaning staff were efficient and friendly. The restaurant and pool staff were some of the best waiters / waitresses we have ever seen (really went above and beyond) and the food in the rooftop pool-side restaurant was delicious. The downstairs restaurant also had live music on certain evenings and you could either head down stairs for a drink or watch from your balcony. As a whole, we didn’t love St. Julian’s as an area due to it almost entirely being geared towards students / nights out in the strip (and otherwise isn’t the best for getting around Malta other than by (somewhat unreliable) buses), and the beach is small, crowded and didn’t have sand (it was more like dirt) but this hotel was somewhere that we would absolutely recommend if visiting Malta and you’re not too fussy on travelling by bus or uber around Malta!!

Had a amazing stay here. Check in was easy, room was great,with it being cleaned each day. Staff were very tentative and friend. Service and food throughout the hotel on the different bars and restaurants was faultless, both pools spotlessly clean, the hotel has a no reserving sunbed policy, which was good as there always seemed beds available no matter the time of day. a great experience had by all a truly 5 ⭐ experience.. well done HYATT REGENCY
