A/C was not working properly. Informed the property and it seemed fine for one night and then broke again. Tossed and turned a few nights so my stay wasn’t very pleasant. Housekeeping was not great- missing towels one night, missing bath rug another, trash left behind another night and counter around sink and shower left dirty. Needed cream for my coffee in the room and was not it would be right up. Didn’t receive the cream so didn’t have coffee and then found a basket of cream on the floor outside the door. No one bothered to knock. Wasn’t already on the way out so I missed my coffee. Employees weren’t very pleasant, no one would greet us whenever we came back to the hotel, they would just glance at us. Gym facilities were inadequate and pools were not deep enough to swim in so we didn’t even bother.
I would not come back to this hotel. There are plenty of other 5-star hotels around.

벨보이 및 체크인 직원분이 너무 친절하여 첫 인상이 매우 좋았습니다. 다만 3일 지내는 동안 수건 요청 전화를 몇번을 했는지 모르겠습니다. 왜 방 정돈을 하고 페이스, 핸드타월을 제대로 안챙겨 주는건지 모르겠네요. 너무 불편했습니다.
또한 침대가 너무 작고 바짝 붙어 있어서 떨어져있다고 보기 어려운 구조였습니다. 몰타에 다시 간다면 다른 숙소를 선택하겠습니다.

We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency in Malta. The staff was overall very friendly and helpful, especially Valentina. She helped us plan our trip and excursions around Malta. The breakfast was amazing and offered a wide range of selections. At night, if you don’t feel like walking around anymore after a long day, the restaurant downstairs is pretty good. The staff there are also very friendly. The rooftop pool area was nice and clean. The next time we go to Malta, we will definitely stay here again, as we felt comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay.

10 minutes shall I say going to the bus stop to Valleta.
Hotel is very clean and smells good. Staff are all excellently good and very helpful and accommodating.
Breakfast is good. I like the booster drink in the morning.
Guest are well looked after.
I appreciate that so much!
I rooftop pool was great.
I didn’t try the indoor pool downstairs. I feel safe too.
Overall is excellent. Would come back.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. We didn't get off to a great start when we were unable to use our bathroom facilities due to some work/maintenance on the plumbing. It was 2 hrs before the work was done and it was inconvenient. Otherwise the hotel was very enjoyable. I especially want to note that your concierge had the day off when we needed some assistance with our return and flights and Diego stepped in to help us. Wow! He was fantastic! You should make him a concierge! He was patient, helpful and helped us through a problem with the airline until it was resolved. What an exceptional staff member!!!
The location is great and was well sheltered from a sometimes busy and loud St Julians district. I would definitely stay again (minus the plumbing problems!).
