The location was perfect , the house is in the center close to everything! Unfortunately is not so clean and we had some problems with insects!
However the owner was really helpfull and whatever we needed we communicate with him. For 3 or 4 nights i think is a good and cheap choise!

Positives - Communication with host excellent. Arrangements for access excellent, prompt attendance. Issue that arose during stay- blocked shower drain- dealt with quickly. Host friendly. Location is second to none. Maybe 2 minutes walk from cathedral. You can’t beat the location actually.
Negatives- condition of premises poor. Three levels, kitchen and bathroom underground. Dimly lit. Furniture mismatched and well overdue for replacement . Bedroom on top floor accessed by tiny spiral staircase, a full bodied guest would struggle to fit. Entry living area has mismatched furniture, couch needs to be replaced. Noise from music and guests from bar across the lane way clearly audible inside the unit. Overall impression is that management has hastily put together all essential elements to meet minimum required standards at cheapest rate. I suppose in Valletta you get what you pay for!
Also beware “hidden” claim for 20 euro cleaning fee which is not disclosed on the website. Makes a cheap option not so cheap.
